Section theme Environmental upbringing in physics education

This thesis focuses on linking environmental education and the teaching of physics in elementary school. Describes the theory of environmental education and access RVP, discusses the different types of textbooks and evaluated in terms of environmental education. It also suggests the physical component of environmental projects for different school years of primary school and describes their implementation. Finally, information on pupils attitudes to link environmental education and physics through a questionnaire survey and draw conclusions and recommendations for better coordination of these topics.

Motivation and evaluation of empolyees

My bachelor thesis is focused on motivation and assessment of employees in the company. The aim of this thesis is to investigate the influence of team building and benefits on employees' motivation. Literature based theoretical part of my thesis describes and investigates the real meaning and purpose of motivation and basic motivational concepts. Furthermore, I outlined the basics behind employee benefits, team building and also stated the current given trends in these areas. The practical part is focused on benefit and workplace research and their impact on the general motivation to work and the relations between the employees of the Czechoslovak Commercial Bank (ČSOB). In order to collect the best results, I used the method of questionnaires. Respondents were asked to answer questions considering their satisfaction with the system of employee benefits and the importance of teamwork. Based on the survey results I propose certain changes that should lead to motivation improvement and better job performance.

Business plan - establishment of a coffee bar

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to draw up a business plan for the establishment of a venture, more specifically a coffee bar in Prague. The subject of the paper is the description of the business and an estimate of the financial statements in order to test the viability of the project. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The former defines the terms of the issue and provides an outline of the general procedures and strategies for setting up a business. It describes the basic points and parts of a standard business plan. The latter is focused on a specific undertaking and defines the specific steps for establishing an individual business plan.

Online Subject Searching of Dissertations

This paper evaluates searching for doctoral dissertations by topic in various online systems. The situation in the Czech Republic is introduced, including the problems involved in completing successful topical searches for dissertations – is it possible to find all relevant materials, or is it sufficient just to find something? The Czech situation is then compared with how systems abroad, particularly in the United States, are being implemented with new access routes for dissertations in the form of linked open data, in which controlled vocabularies of subject terms figure prominently. The paper also discusses how selected European systems whose dissertations are already presented in the WorldCat database will cope with a challenge: “... Over time, these references [for topic entities] will be replaced with persistent URIs to... Linked Data resources”?

Organization and management of production in selected enterprise

The topic of my dissertation is "Organization and management of production in selected enterprise". The main goal of this dissertation is mapping of selected enterprise in one year period and obtain sufficient amount of information for future analysis and suggest possible improvements. The identification data, characteristic, products and services and production planning of selected enterprise are provided in introduction of practical part of this dissertation. Analysis of present state with mapping of present state for individually semi-finished products is introduced in the next part of dissertation. For analysis of present state was calculated VA index and for each semi-finished product was created diagram of material movement in next chapter. The goal of analyses and diagram is the finding of narrow spaces in the material flow. The target map of future state was created in the next part. This map is based on present map. The future map presents critical factors that need to be improved. Finally it defines a new VA index, which should be approach to the current state. The penultimate section includes recommendations methods and elements of lean production to the new production hall which the company wants to build. Among the recommended methods are mainly the 5S method, visualization, standardization, SMED and Bottleneck. The last chapter contains a number of measures. For example employee motivation, continuous improvement, personal responsibility, introduction of EDI and ergonomics which would lead to the improvement of the business this enterprise.

Intelligent Transport Systems in the Czech Republic and their use

Thesis on "Intelligent Transport Systems in the Czech Republic and their use" is focused on the analysis of intelligent transport systems, particularly for road transport in the Czech Republic. The aim of my work is to summarize the information and knowledge of ITS in the Czech Republic to introduce individual systems, their functions and to assess their contribution to road safety. Based on the evaluation of telematics systems used I suggest in the final part of the ITS elements in selected urban sprawl, particularly in the Czech Budejovice.

The Public Procurement for the Supplies

The thesis deals with the theme of procurement of supplies in the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present in the context of legal and economic developments. The current situation is analyzed on the basis of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with monitoring the preparation and adoption of new legislation. Legal issues will be extended by an overview of relevant laws and evaluate the problems in the formation of tender documents for the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply and reviewing compliance with the principles of the Act on financial control in public administration. Theme in the application of profiling on public procurement, focusing on a framework agreement designed to capture recurring delivery. The study is supplemented with practical experience in the field of public procurement for the conclusion of framework agreements, provides an analysis of the positive and negative aspects of this method of procurement, including proposed solutions. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of a comparison of the specific tender documents with the statutory legislation, qualitative research and secondary data analysis of tender documents for contracts to supply a valid framework contracts signed by the selected organization in the years 2012-2016.

In my thesis I deal with the process of Supplier management in automotive industry. Supplier - customer relationship is very important for a success both company and for the global development of the economy too. These relationships must be partnership and support the development of the companies and their each other businesses are beneficial for both sides. In my thesis I analyze current process of the supplier management in the company, what directly supply to OEM. Original Equipment manufacturing (OEM), is the final producer of automobiles, it is mean this company do not produce components but assemble supplied modules. I propose improvements and up-date the directive Strategic purchasing according to results from the analysis.

Správní delikty na úseku občanských průkazů

Pro svou bakalářskou práci jsem zvolila problematiku občanských průkazů, se kterými pracuji téměř každý den ve svém současném zaměstnání, kde zastávám funkci na správním odboru, konkrétně na evidenci dokladů a osobního zájmu proniknout do problematiky. Řada občanů si velmi často neuvědomuje, že občanský průkaz je úřední doklad a je nutné se k němu podle toho také chovat. Velmi často je doklad kopírován, skenován, poskytován jako zástava apod. V praxi není výjimkou i jeho skenování a vkládání do různých systémů a jeho elektronické zasílání osobám, které požadují ověření identity osoby.
Z uvedeného důvodu je cílem mé bakalářské práce na téma: Správní delikty na úseku občanských průkazů, podat výklad problematiky občanských průkazů a podrobněji analyzovat skutečný stav v oblasti přestupků fyzických osob, správních deliktů právnických osob a fyzických osob podnikajících na obci s rozšířenou působností v Litoměřicích.
Analýza bude provedena na základě prostudované odborné literatury a jejích odkazů, praktických zkušeností autorky bakalářské práce z vykonávané funkce pracovníka evidujícího občanské průkazy a statistik úřadu obce s rozšířenou působností.
V bakalářské práci bude použita metoda výkladová, metoda analýzy, matematicko-statistická metoda a metoda komparativní. V úvodu bakalářské práce bude uvedena právní úprava problematiky občanských průkazů, dále budou vymezeny základní pojmy zákona č. 328/1999 Sb., o občanských průkazech, v platném znění, tj. charakteristika občanského průkazu, údaje zapisované do občanského průkazu, dokladů potřebných k vydání občanského průkazu, příslušnost obce k vydávání občanských průkazů a problematika vydávání potvrzení o občanském průkazu. V další části bakalářské práce bude popsán systém evidence občanských průkazů. Teoretická část bakalářské práce bude ukončena povinnostmi vlastníka občanského průkazu, přestupky fyzických osob, správními delikty právnických osob a osob fyzických podnikajících, včetně uvedením sankcí za jejich porušení.
V praktické části budou komparovány statistické údaje konkrétní obce s rozšířenou působností zaměřené na správní delikty na úseku občanských průkazů resp. přestupky fyzických osob, správní delikty právnických osob a osob fyzických podnikajících, za uplynulá období, včetně počtu sankcí a jejich výše.
V závěru bakalářské práce bude zhodnocen současný stav správních deliktů konkrétní obce s rozšířenou působností. (např., zda dochází k nárůstu či poklesu správních deliktů, popř. budou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení stávajícího stavu).
