JENŠOVSKÝ, JIŘÍ. Bachelor's thesis with the title ?Christian principles in social work? University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Faculty of theology. Department for practical theology. Thesis supervisor: Dr. Ing. Křišťan Alois, Th.D. The first part of the thesis is focused on the possibility of decrease of the stress impact on the client after his/her arrival into the stationary social facility. I present these job activities as an additional possibility how to find out the information about the client and how to develop the relationships of the employee in the social services or a trained therapist to the client. In the third part, I investigate by observing with participation the development of the relationship of two believing clients to the believing and not believing social employees. The research examines and records acting of the observed clients in various types of mood, during health problems, depression or also in good mood. On the one hand, the presented press release contains information on to what extent citizens are interested in the problem of church restitution and to what extent they agree with the current proposal of property compensations toward churches. On the other hand, it analyses in detail, what is the public opinion on the range of these compensations and it also follows up, what attitudes citizens take toward different key aspects of church restitution, as they unfolded in the existing debate. It turned out that Czechs consider churches to be desirable most importantly for granting of spiritual support to people and for performing of charity. Institutional financing principles
Rákosník, Jiří
The system of funding research institutions from public resources in the Czech Republic has undergone a complicated development since 1990 and, particularly during the last decade, arrived at a very unsatisfactory state. The decision process about which organisations should receive institutional support for R&D, and at which level, lacks strategic information. It relies on mere mechanical recording of outputs, with the rules changing every year, and ad hoc measures must then compensate for serious flaws. One of the main goals of the Individual National Project “Effective Evaluation and Financing System for Research, Development and Innovation” is to propose mechanisms for effective public funding of research institutions based on a new evaluation system and emphasizing excellence, motivation and medium-term stability.
