The subject of the bachelor thesis is The Quality of Game Meat and Game Farmed Herds. The main goal of this study was to focus on the quality parameters of the meat or game meat and also on the already existing conclusions of those scientific studies, which dealt with some specific indicators of farmed and hunting game meat quality. The thesis includes the game's devision, description of some of its kinds and information on game keeping, hunting development and even on gaining the game itself. Besides it covers also veterinary and hygienic requirements on the meat and on the release of the game to the market. Considerable part of the thesis deals with possible biological, chemical and physical risks of meat consumption. The major differences between farmed and hunting game as well as selected kinds of farmed game are described in the conclusion of the thesis.

Diversity of activities of organic farms in South Bohemia

ABSTRACT The aim of this study was to evaluate the multi-functionality of a particular group of organic farms in South Bohemia. Enterprises were then assessed on the basis of specific data they provide and the information in interviews and in terms of benefits and potential habitat, as well as in terms of economic, social and environmental aspects. The main part of this work was to conduct its own investigations and visits to farms. The starting material used lists of organic farmers and selected outputs of statistical investigation of the sources ÚZEI and the Ministry of Agriculture and private statistical survey using a questionnaire and a set of questions asked in a controlled interview in personal contact with farmers. Reached a total of 148 organic farms and small farms, of which 69 were willing to provide the required information The result is the evaluation of survey data and information obtained from interviews with farmers, under which options are presented to solving individual problems.

The development of tourism in Lipno

The first section contains a literature search dealing with relevant topics. Primary data were obtained from structured interviews with mayors of municipalities of Lipno. Secondary information was drawn from the literature and many websites of Lipno. In the practical part was prepared a complete analysis of the supply of tourism services. Next was drafted analysis of internal and external environment of Lipno, using SWOT analysis. Based on the analysis and primary research was prepared an optimum development plan of Lipno. Part of the development plan is costing the selected development measures. Recommendations made in developing the plan should lead to the development of tourism in Lipno, and to increase the competitiveness of Lipno.

A PROPOSAL OF THE SYSTEM OF INFORMATION FOR BREEDERS OF WARM-BLOOD HORSES

The aim of this work was to compile a summary of the information provided to the public breeders by the five warm-blood horse breeding organizations in the Czech Republic. Mentioned horses are used for sporting purposes. A similar report was done on the extent and quality of information provided to the public breeders in neighboring European countries. We had prepared a proposal for a system that would provide the necessary information for effective breeding work . In the Czech Republic there is a system for collecting information about the population of horses. However, it is necessary to evaluate and publish information in an understandable form to breeders. As a basis for the preparation of tabular overview of the number of warm-blood horses bred in the Czech Republic, were collected the data from the Central horse register website and data from yearbooks and websites of individual breeders associations. Data were collected for the period of 2006 - 2013. In this thesis the processed data covers these breeds: Czech warmblood, Slovak warmblood, Moravian warmblood , Kinsky horse and Czech Traken. We have suggested the system, configuration and method for disclosure of the breeding information for warm-blood horse breeders and there is also recommended the annual frequency. As a model stallion was chosen Dutch warmblood Great Pleasure and we have created an information portfolio of this stallion. The system of the published information includes identification of the horse, pedigree, exterior evaluation, the results of his performance, comparing features and characteristics of the offspring population and the average breeding value estimation for exterior and performance. An important point is to make the overview of births and evaluated offspring. The proposed system should allow the improvement of the current breeding process and provide objective information to breeders for the right breeding decisions.

A comparison of the development of atmospheric deposition of nitrogen and phosphorus in different regions of the Czech Republic

This thesis engages a comparison of the development of atmospheric deposition of nitrogen and phosphorus in different regions of the Czech Republic. The work explains the formation of atmospheric deposition and related terms such as the source of pollution, emissions, air pollution and nitrogen oxides. There are stated types of atmospheric deposition, sampling procedure and the process of determining the size of atmospheric deposition. This work describes the methods that were used in the calculations and evaluations. It also deals with the selection of suitable measuring stations for processing the development of atmospheric nitrogen deposition. The atmospheric deposition of phosphorus were not measured in the territory of the Czech Republic in the period from 2000 to 2010. The aim of this work is to find trends in time series of concentrations of NOx and statistical evaluation of the development of atmospheric nitrogen deposition. For these chapters were selected concentration of nitrogen oxides in the regional towns of the Czech Republic. In the chapter of spatial analyzes of the concentration of nitrogen oxides is selected Ústecký kraj, mainly due to the fact that this area is characterized by significantly high atmospheric deposition of nitrogen and total air pollution. A therm the Black Triangle is often used for this location.

Creating an advertising campaign in a selected company

The thesis is focused on creating an advertising campaign for a figure skating club Plzeň. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic terms and defines the building of advertising campaigns. The practical part on the knowledge gained from the theoretical part describes in detail the process of planning an advertising campaign. On this basis, the campaign is implemented and the results are then evaluated. The last part of the thesis gives suggestions for improvement campaign in the future.

Analysis of utilization of the European Union funds and suggestion of financial instruments for the selected region (the statutory city of České Budějovice)

The subject of the thesis called "Analysis of utilization of the European Union funds and suggestion of financial instruments for the selected region (the statutory city of České Budějovice)" is to describe and assess the drawing on the funds, with a focus on defining the problems associated with the funding of grant projects of the city in relation to multisource financing and prefinancing. A further aim is to suggest financing instruments for future investment projects. In the theoretical overview there is background information about the European Union, the EU funds and an introduction to the financial system of the territorial authorities of the Czech Republic. The practical part involves an analysis of grant projects' financial resources, concentrating on the funds provided by the European Union. They are listed by individual years, together with the provider, and the amount of subsidies received. It also outlines the development of the debt burden, including the comparison with other cities' debts. The conclusion of the work is focused on the summary of the analysis results.

The examples of newer approaches to evaluation of the quality of services provided by foreign public libraries

Součástí probíhajícího projektu „Efektivní informační služby NTK“ je vytvoření mechanismu sledování kvality veřejných informačních služeb poskytovaných NTK a jeho pilotní realizace v NTK. Tato aktivita projektu je v úvodní fázi realizace. Jedním z důležitých vstupů jsou zahraniční zkušenosti a „filozofie“ přístupů k hodnocení kvality poskytovaných informačních služeb těchto institucí. Příspěvek uvede vybrané příklady novějších přístupů ve vztahu k možnému využití v ČR.
