This project is focussed on a plan of a single-family detached house in the district Brno - Komín. The main goal of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new family house for four-person family. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. There is a wall system which is made of breeze blocks Porotherm. The building is topped with a flat roof single casing.

The system of building is a wall, executed masonry technology of pramic blocks Porotherm. The building is designed with monotube flat floor. The building is on a a gently sloping terrain.

The subject of this project is a new building of a nursery school in Brno - district Brno - Líšeň. The aim of thesis is to create dokumentation for realization of the building of the nursery school which capacity is 50 children divided into two classes. The nursery school operates all-day. The building is situated on a flat terrain and has one floor without the basement. The building is made of brick from ceramic blocks from the HELUZ system and perimeter walls are thermally insulated. The building has a single-layer flat roof.

The bachelor´s thesis The family house with design office is processed as a project documentation. The house is standing on a building estate number 147/1 in the cadastral area Štíty- město on the street Okružní, and the layout of the house has the shape of letter “L”. This is a family house with a basement and two floors. It is divided into two parts, first one for craft production, second one for living, also extended into the whole attic. The house is lined with ceramic bricks Porotherm. The disposition study and the seminar works are attached as a part of this project.

Guest House in Brno

The purpose of this thesis is to present the static design of chosen parts of the supporting structure of Guest House in Brno. Part of the building is located below ground level, therefore the supporting structure is made of monolithic reinforced concrete frames holding the reinforced concrete slab. Above ground level the supporting structure is made of masonry construction with folded ceiling. Drawing documentation is included.
