The bachelor thesis focuses on enhancing the perception of food, individual ingredients and time spent eating. Along with this, it addresses the question of how our minds' reactions to tastes, their combinations and the time in which we perceive them change. Through a theoretical reflection on cooking and eating culture, the author explores the factors that can influence attitudes towards cooking and thus enhance its sustainability. The author's ambition is to address the culinary imagination, that is, mastering the art of pairing flavours without the need for recipes. She sees this practice as more sustainable. The author herself has worked as a chef. The bachelor's thesis is therefore also based on practical experience. The topic of cooking and sharing meals is also addressed in the author's studio, which is one of the main motivations for her work on this topic.

Bus stop

The project is dedicated to the phenomenon of public transport stops, which should serve as a metaphor for emigration and the waiting person. The study of this topic helps to understand the issues of mutual understanding that arise in the process of intercultural interaction. The project is aimed at analyzing the various stages of the transformation of a person's personality during emigration, primarily in relation to the process of waiting and expectation. At the same time, the poetics of stopping was used, as well as it physical experience. Fabric plays an important role in the project. My intention was to portray a person waiting, with whom it would be possible to shorten the distance, in some way even identify. The cocoon itself, with a slight presence of a human figure, carries a hidden beauty that human life involuntarily puts into it. The final installation is located in a public space, at bus stops, where the presence of an art object creates an atmosphere on the verge of staged and authentic reality. As a result, the project is about the beauty of peace, and at the same time about the tension of expectation.

Establishment of pledge in the context of loan financing ABSTRACT The subject of this diploma thesis is the establishment of pledge in the context of loan financing, i.e. the most common way of securing debts of borrowers being business companies arising under the facility agreement in the Czech banking market. In addition to the author's aim to provide a comprehensive analysis of the issues in connection with the establishment of pledge in the context of loan financing, the author aims to further provide analysis of relating issues, being, inter alia, the role of the pledgee as the security agent, the establishment of disposal limitations with the collateral, the purpose of pledge as a condition precedent to the utilisation of a loan, and the comparison with certain other chosen security instruments used in loan financing. Moreover, the author aims to identify and define problematic issues relating to the establishment of pledge that are relevant for loan financing and to provide possible solutions thereto. The thesis is not limited to a mere description of the selected subject but it also presents the author's own view on the troublesome issues and propositions relating to possible future amendments of law. Defence of the obliged party in the execution (deferral and discontinuance)

The topic of this rigorous thesis is the defense of the debtor in execution with the focus on institutes deferral and discontinuance of execution. The thesis concerns execution carried out by the judicial officers according to Act No. 120/2001 Coll., on court executors and execution activities (Execution Procedure Code). The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate the possibilities of debtor's defense, to analyze application problems and to propose a modification de lege ferenda. I refer to the conclusions of the judicial decisions to individual institutes, which is an important source for the interpretation of legal rules. This rigorous thesis consists of four chapters, which are further separated into individual subchapters. The first chapter is devoted general interpretation of term and purpose of execution, sources of law and main principles of execution proceeding. This chapter also includes a historical excursion to the development of execution law in our country and an example of a foreign procedure in the exaction of claims. Educational program about ants aimed to students of primary school

This bachelor thesis is called Educational program about the ants focused on the students of elementary schools as a proposal of science educational paths. The educational paths should be used for general public as well as complement of teaching science for the second level of Primary school and for the adequate classes of High schools. In the first part of my bachelor thesis I tried to describe a teaching methods and some forms of using educational paths. Additionaly, I consider on the types, distinguish and a history of educational paths in the Czech Republic and using of the educational paths for children. One part of the thesis draws attention on general characteristics of the ants. The second part of my bachelor thesis contents the proposal of the texts of individual stations and working sheets. I suggested a text for the ten stations. These stations give information about the life of the ants. The educational path is called "In the footsteps of the ants". The aim of my thesis is drawing attention to the world of the ants and by this way I would like to arouse interest for people who are interested in the nature.
