This thesis deals with the design of a business plan for the establishment of small regional language schools. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, analysis of the current market situation and further analysis, proposes a solution which will enable us successful market entry. Financial plan drawn up as part of this work demonstrates the viability of the project.

This bachelor thesis deals with problematic of creating the business plan, focused on setting up a company, whose main activity is going to be education of languages of persons. In the work will be summarized the theoretical knowledge for setting up the business and conducted the analysis from the financial, organizational and marketing point of view, on the basis of theoretical knowledge and market analysis is designed concept of company that would satisfy needs of potential customers and would be profitable and competitive.
