The presented thesis aim is to establishment a competitive business on a basis of a well prepared, viable business plan. A sport center will be designed for its purpose. The sport center wíll offer physical activities, space rental, its own sales and hospitanty. Porter’s Five Force Analysis, SLEPTE Analysis, Market Survey by Questionnaire Survey and SWOT Analysis were used to solve the problem. Privotal chapter is Custom design solutions, which are devided according to the individual subchapter of the business plan. The aim of the thesis is to create a small business.

This thesis focuses on the process of establishing a new on-line store. The on-line store will offer bee products and beekeeping equipment. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical and describes all needed terms and legal requirements, necessary for an understanding of the on-line store establishment process. Necessary analysis, used for business plan preparation and complex vision evaluation of the future company, are made in second, analytical, part. The last part is oriented on the practical implementation and survivability of the project. It describes in detail how the company should work, what it should produce and how an online sale is going to work.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the trade business according to trade Act. No. 455/1991 Coll. The bachelor thesis has two parts. The first part is a theoretical part, which described basic information about all business activities, which are necessary in connection with this topic. The practical part, which is in second half of the work is focused on craft trades. This part is divided into other small parts, because of point out on the topic of craft trades from more sides. It includes the development of special conditions for craft trades, the structure of businessmen in specific territory, a questionnaire about motivation to establish a craft trade and also the steps for establish a craft trade.

This Master thesis deals with the processing of a business plan, which regard the establishment of a new agricultural trade.This thesis includes a formal structure and concrete steps of processing a business, marketing und financial plan. This thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. After studied literature is the theoretical knowledge is used in practical part, which is then processed a concrete business plan of the new businessman. The subject´s of business of the new businessman is agricultural activity, primarily beekeeping.

Srovnání podmínek živnostenského podnikání v České republice a vybraném státu

Kramlova, D. The Comparison Legal Conditions of Trade Business in The Czech Republic and Selected Country. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2015. This bachelor thesis deals with a trade business in the Czech Republic and Great Britain, particulary, it deals with the detailed procedures to obtaining a trade li-cense in these countries. The work is divided into two parts. Literature search, or a theoretical part, contains basic information whose knowledge is necessary for the establishment of trade. Second, a practical part contains a description of the procedures for setting up trades and for different types of trade in the country. There is a procedure for establishing a trade in the UK too. Comparison of these procedures are performed on an example that can serve as a basis for potential candidates for start a business in one of these countries.
