Prevence škod působených zemědělskou technikou na zvěři
Palacký, Jan
The subject of the work is the prevention of damage caused by agricultural machinery to game. Attention in the solution was focused on agricultural machinery and mechanization used in pre-sowing soil preparation. Based on the identification of conflicts between small game and the used agricultural mechanization, related significant environmental aspects were identified. The thesis deals with the levels of biodiversity, environmental agricultural mechanization, which is conflicting from the point of view of wildlife. Individual species of small game that are injured or killed during these works are also identified. Based on the identified environmental aspects, related legal requirements were set. The result of the work is the determination of suitable methods for the prevention of these damages. As part of the design of technology, a suitable perspective method was selected for verification - measures to prevent and minimize damage to game. The method of monitoring with observational thermovision was chosen for the research, thanks to which it was possible to search for endangered young hares in selected localities together with the nesting grounds of the Lapwing with the aim of expelling them or marking them enabling subsequent fixation. Based on the performed monitoring, it was found that the use of manual thermal imaging can be used for active protection of small game.
Problematika endoparazitóz zajíce polního v kraji Vysočina
Polášková, Alexandra
Bachelor thesis deals with the incidence, prevalence and spectrum of generic endoparasites in hare on the monitored area in the Czech Republic. In the introduction is given the characteristics hare, overview endoparasites focusing on those hosted by being the hare. The reference area was Mohelno serpentine steppe, located in the highlands region, whereas they faeces samples for analysis. Samples were collected in the period from January 1. 2014 - December 31. 2015. Faeces samples were analyzed and determined by the species spectrum of endoparasites, prevalence and intensity of infection. These values were compared with both our and foreign literature. In conclusion was given the context of endoparasites occurrence with the management of the landscape and the possibility of preventive and curative measures in the hunting grounds.
Možnosti zjištění zatížení lesních ekosystémů těžkými kovy pomocí jejich obsahu v parazitech zaječí zvěře
Štefek, Karel
In this thesis the concentrations of heavy metals have been statistically appraised on the basis of samples gained from small intestines of European hare - Lepus europaeus and from an endoparasite Trichuris leporis (found by a washing method). Tha appraisal has been performed by atomic absorption spectrometry -- AAS, electrothermal atomization - ETA-AAS (for Cd, Cr, Ni, Pb), and means of atomization in the flame FAAS (Cu, Mn, Zn). The pieces of offal of hare game have been obtained from a common hunting in the localities of the Czech Republic represented by the region of South Moravia, Moravian-Silesian, Olomouc, and the Highlands. The sample collecting has been conducted from 2008 to 2012. Statistically significant differences of heavy metals concentrations have been found out between the individual localities. In addition, an endoparasite as a possible bioindicator of heavy metals load on the forest environment has been evaluated differently. Furthermore, in endoparasites there have been detected an exceeding of the hygiene limits for food. Conclusion made on the basis of all statistical analysis performed in this study says that Trichuris leporis indicates heavy metals load on ecosystems by wider range of heavy metals than the small intestine and more, considerably in the higher concentrations. Thus, Trichuris leporis can be used as a sentinel organism for the indication of heavy metals in the forest environment, at least in an area of the European hare territory.
Hodnocení stavu životního prostředí: Monitoring cizorodých látek v potravních řetězcích

Studie Bioindikátory - Zhodnocení zátěže životního prostředí pomocí nálezů polychlorovaných bifenylů (PCB) a organochlorových pesticidů (OCP) ve tkáních zajíce polního (Lepus europaeus) a prasete divokého (Sus scrofa) ve vybraných lokalitách ČR. Kontaminace organismu býložravců odráží především plošnou imisní zátěž vegetace vyplývající z dálkového transportu. Zvýšené hladiny sledovaných perzistentních škodlivin indikují přítomnost lokálního zdroje kontaminace. Jsou uvedeny výsledky analýzy vzorků. Studie Suchánek - Bukovjan: Interpretace vzorkovacího pokusu s živými biomarkery za období 1996 -2000 dokazuje, že zdravotní stav živočišných bioindikátorů vzájemně koreluje s koncentrací chemických prvků včetně skupiny rizikových (Pb, Hg, Cd).
