The Topical Issues in Experts Activities

The Diploma thesis deals with general issues in the environment of Czech expertise from the view of ordinary experts. The study fosuses on a critical analysis of expert activities with special regards to remuneration issues, timing of expert fees, expertise, experts‘ inauguration and dismissal from a post and cooperation with government authorities. The methodology used is an array of reactions by experts to individual and specific points, which are then evaluated and possible methods of solution are proposed. The end of the thesis statistically summarises all problems in a graph and highlights the most critical ones.

The bachelor´s thesis is based on current legislation and regulations, which govern accounting and in-house guidelines. The main aim is to create in-house accounting guideline for a complete and proven stock records and capture stock in accounting. Created in-house accounting guideline ensures the same procedures for valuation reserves and stock records in the company.

It includes theoretical knowledge which are necessary for the understanding of this issue and their application for the analysis of the current state of information security, risk analysis and risk management. Last but not least for the actual implementation of information security management system in the company. The implementation of ISMS was divided into two phases. This thesis details the first phase.

The response of German school policy to the European migration crisis on the example of four federated states

The bachelor's thesis introduces the reader to the response of the education policy of the Federal Republic of Germany to the issues of migration and school integration. The reader is acquainted with the functioning of the federal republic, the education system in the Federal Republic of Germany and the European migration crisis. The content of legislative documents in the field of education is presented within the selection of four federal states, namely Bavaria, Brandenburg, Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. The thesis presents a view of these documents on the school attendance of migrant students, their school integration and the influence of different religion on common subjects offered in public education. The bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive view of the issue of German school legislative documents in relation to the European Migration Crisis.

The role of the teacher in the issue of CAN

The aim of this thesis was to monitor the school community's awareness about the issue Syndrome CAN and the ability and willingness of teachers to solve such situations. The theoretical part was focused on the characteristics of the CAN syndrome, its forms, manifestations and causes. This part was also given to the legislation and prevention. The research was attended by a total of 148 teachers of kindergartens and elementary schools situated in South Bohemia and Highland. Four hypotheses were defined for the research purposes, three of them: 1/"the educational community admits that the availability of information about the syndrome CAN should be improved",2/"if the teachers knew about incidents of violence, neglect or abuse of a child they would be willing to solve this situation and not 3/"the teachers are not fully confident that they could recognize the symptoms of the syndrome CAN", were confirmed. The hypothesis that the teachers know how to deal with the situation when the violence, neglect or child abuse is revealed wasn´t confirmed. According to the research the teachers are not convinced or do not know how to deal with the situation when they are confronted with abused or neglected child. The data were statistically processed and evaluated.

Nursing care for pacients with heart transplantation.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of nursing care of patients with heart transplantation. The first heart transplantation in the Czech Republic was performed in IKEM, Prague in 1984. There are seven transplantation centres in the Czech Republic, but only those in Prague and Brno perform heart transplantation. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, while the theoretical part also deals with the anatomy, history and characteristics of transplantation. Heart transplantation is performed on patients with heart disease at the stage of terminal heart collapse. A recipient has to meet some conditions for the transplantation. He/she has to be added to a register on the waiting list, must have the same blood group as the donor, similar weight and be less than fifty five years old. A suitable donor is necessary. Another condition is that all the conditions of Act No. 285/2002 Col. as amended have to be met. The fact that the donor is not in the national register of persons not agreeing with post mortem organs or tissues donation has to be excluded and his/her identification has to be confirmed. Before a patient is added to the waiting list he/she undergoes detailed examination to determine the urgency of addition to the waiting list. As transplantation is considered an acute surgical intervention the recipient only undergoes an immediate body preparation before the operation when a suitable donor is found. The theoretical part then describes heart removal from the donor, the operation procedure and heart transplantation techniques. There are three heart removal techniques nowadays. The biggest attention is paid to postoperative care. It includes endomyocardial biopsy, which is done in regular intervals, control visits and administration of immunosuppressive drugs. Post transplantation complications that might occur in early or later postoperative period are also dealt with there. Postoperative care also includes education in postoperative regimen. The main goal of the thesis was to map the specifics of nursing care of patients after heart transplantation both before and after operation. A partial goal was to find out in what way patients are given information on postoperative regimen after heart transplantation. The thesis also endeavours to determine the difference between nursing care provided to patients after heart transplantation and after cardiac surgical operation. The empiric part of the thesis involved qualitative research, for which research questions had been set. The research sample consisted of seven nurses. Four nurses were from the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague and three from cardiac surgery department of the České Budějovice Hospital. The research had the form of non-standardized interview at a nurse daily room and one in domestic environment. The results are based on the interviews and were processed by means of categorized groups. The results show that nursing care of patients after heart transplantation does not differ from that of patients after cardiac surgery operation. There are differences between examinations of patients before heart transplantation. We may see them in the most important preoperative examinations. They include special taking of antibodies as they define the intensity of administered immunosuppressive medication. The difference in postoperative care is in regular medical checkups. There are big differences in social contacts between patients and their environment. Provision of detailed information to the patient is an important part of the nursing care. Information should be provided during both preoperative and postoperative care. The other spheres are identical. The thesis should be beneficial for nurses caring of patients after heart transplantation, but also for those who are deciding whether to undertake heart transplantation or are more closely interested in the problems of heart transplantation.

Problems lifelong learning of nurse

My thesis addresses the issue of lifelong learning of nurses.Lifelong learing promotes high standards of profesional practice. The principles and values of lifelong learning are increasingly important. The objective of the research was to find out how motivated the health care personnel are to improve their skills and knowledge in the interest of their patients. In my research I also obsesrve if nurses have the responsibility to grow professionally and if they have enought access to information about lifelong education programs.For data collection the quantitative research was used.The summary of my research: nurses are concerned about lifelong learning, they are aware of the need to enhance the profesional practice. But they are not informed enough about relevant chances.The mandatory registration has enhanced the involvement in lifelong learning of nurses. But the most important motivating factor is the prospect for promotion and a better salary.
