Detached house Rybníček

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to design a new detached house at the level of project documentation for the building permit. The first part of the thesis contains the architectural and structural design, fire safety design and building physics. The second part of the thesis contains the design of building services. The house is designed on a flat plot in the small village Újezd–Rybníček. It has rectangular shape, two storeys and a flat green roof with photovoltaic power plant. Detached garage with rectangular shape has a flat roof. On the ground floor, there are a kitchen with living room with the access to the deck, a workroom with suite bathroom, a utility room, a bathroom, and a toilet. On the first floor, there are rooms for children, bedroom with dressing room, workroom, a bathroom, and a toilet. The house is based on a cast-in-place reinforced concrete foundation slab with foam glass. The load–bearing walls is made of sand-lime blocks. The horizontal structures are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. I designed ventilated façade with fibre cement cladding and green walls. Heating is provided by a geothermal heat pump with a vertical ground borehole. I designed floor heating. Ventilation is provided by a mechanical ventilation unit with heat recovery. For rainwater management, I designed an accumulation plastic tank for storage and use rainwater for irrigation green façade and watering garden. From the tank is designed to overflow to infiltration tunnels. The thesis also includes an energy performance certificate for the building.
Apartement building in Havlíčkův Brod

This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a project of an apartement building and terraced garages in Havlíčkův Brod Rozkošská street on plots no. 659/39 and 659/1 that are slightly sloping. The apartement building is partial basement, it has three above-ground floors and one basement. The external wall of the above-ground part of the project is made of Porotherm clay blocks complemented with thermal insulation system according to ETICS. The external wall of the basement is designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete wall which is provided with thermal insulation. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof. There are 11 flats with a different layout design suggest. The terraced garages will consist 11 garages for personal cars and one garage for motorbikes. The external walls are made of Porotherm clay blocks. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof.
Technological project of the terrace apartment house

The project deals with building technological study of the new building apartment house in Brno. Dimensions of the apartment building are 29.2 m x 57.2 m with shape of a rectangle. The apartment house is designed terraced in five floors as a brick structure of the ceramic blocks. Ceilings and construction in contact with the ground is reinforced concrete. In groundfloor are located garages, other floors are designed as residential. The project deals with technological processes of bottom building, time and financial demands of construction.
Mountain hotel

The aim of this master’s project is to develop project documentation of a new-built mountain hotel in Ostružná. This hotel is near the ski area Ramzová in Jeseníky. Foundation of my building is from ground reinforced concrete slab. My building is supported by clay block load-bearing walls and clay non-load bearing walls. Exterior building envelope is designed as an aluminum shingle ventilated facade. The slabs are from reinforced concrete. The roofs of this designed building are two, first is pitched roof with insulation over rafters and second is intensive green warm flat roof. This project contains HVAC concept, photovoltaic panel concept, heating concept in technical equipment of building part. The third part of my master’s project is energy assessment for the building.
Construction technological project of elementary school Otevřená, Brno - Žebětín
