Solution technology of part "box of elevator" in batch production.

This diploma work deals with a production technology of a casing for a gear-less elevator in a batch production. A technological analysis of the product is done, including two grades of materials for castings or weldments. The technology of machining includes a NC program. Both production variants have been assessed and the optimal production according to selected criteria is recommended.
Pendulum jaw crusher

This master thesis deals with structural design of pendulum for single toggle jaw crusher DC 110x70 and consists of several main parts. The first part focuses on the processing of mineral materials, especially on the process of mechanical uncoupling. The second part compares main characteristics of single toggle and double toggle jaw crushers. The third part deals with the structural nodes for the crusher DC 110x70. Another part is consisted of two variants for the pendulum construction with a comparison of the advantages and disadvantages. For the selected variant is carried out the stress control using Finite element method (FEM) in the program I-DEAS. The last part focuses on the positioning an exit slit for designed pendulum.
Welding of baker´s furnaces casings

This thesis made in the frame of my engineer studies is focused on technologic process of welding the door-case of bakery ovens. The project will suggest and rate used based material and then the choice of filler material, methods, welding characteristics and welding procedure. At the conclusion of the thesis is brief economical analysis.
Technology of production part body of flap

The goal of the work is to design the manufacturing process of the flap closure body weldment, which is to be produced with company Sevcik - Water Equipment Ltd. First, the flap closure is modelled with the 3D SolidWorks, according to technical documentation from the company. Furthermore, the welded construction has been analysed. In this work, the body weldment production technology and complete fabrication technological process of individual components and final assembly is described. The technical and economic evaluations are calculated and the cost of production has been quantified. The production of individual components, machining costs, and other relevant costs are included into the consideration. These calculations predict a compatible production.
Trailer for transportation of persons

This bachelor´s thesis is occupied with design construction of safety trailer, which is intended for usage in heavy landscape, where the trailer is used for transport the only one person from unapproachable areas. The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is to create concept, design and computation of carrying construction, solving of apprehension the multi-purpose stretcher. The work also includes selected mechanical drawings.
Manufacturing of Welded Components

This work describes changes related to the transition from manual welding to robot welding selected component within the product range of the company, in which the author works. The aim was to determine the time that you return investments in new technology and what will be savings for the planned production volume. Both points were met.
