Bachelor’s thesis deals with issues of employment relationships, especially of their creation. The thesis is focused on optimization of wage costs that arise when new employees are employed. Theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the basic terms of employment relationships. Based on analysis of current situation of rewarding of employee are suggested optimal solution, which lead to optimizes the wage costs.

Bachelor thesis focuses on employment relationships and optimalization of wage costs in company NEGOCIO s. r. o. It is divided into three parts, theoretical, analytic and proposal part. Theoretical part describes law and economic concepts. In analytic part is solved the problematics of high wage costs and causes of their origin with impacts on the economy of the company. The last proposal part provides suggestions for improvement.

The Bachelor‘s thesis deals with the issue of labor-law relations in terms of optimization of wage costs. The theoretical part describes the basic terms of employment relationships from legal, economic, accounting and tax point of view. The analytical part analyzes the problem of a particular employer, which is related to the lack of employees. Based on this, optimal solutions are proposed that reduce wage costs while creating new job opportunities and in the duration of the employment relationship.

This bachelor thesis deals with the relationship between an employer and an employee in the ABC company. The theoretical part decribes the fundemental terms of employment relations from the legal, economical, tax and accounting point of view. The terms are further used in the analytic part of this thesis. On the basis of the analysis dealing with the current situation there are suggested possible solutions to the issue of a shortage of qualified employees.
