This thesis focuses on options for financing the acquisition of fixed assets. The theoretical part explains basic concepts such as fixed assets, financing assets and financial analysis. In the practical part will focus specific fixed assets and compares lease financing and banking services and other variants of purchase. Finally, evaluate and recommend the best possible option for the acquisition of fixed assets.

Multi-source financing of investment realization in municipality

This diploma thesis called Multi-source financing of investment realization in municipality presents a comparison of various sources in financing of investment realization in the municipality, which I have selected. The municipality has realized the building insulation and installation of a heating pump in primary school. I compare financing by the own resources, loan from Komerční banka (the bank) and by grants. I analyze the various sources in financing of investment projects in the public sector in the theoretical part of this diploma thesis. Next I define what the municipality means and how they make a budget. The other two sections contain how to get a grant and how tendering procedure works.

Financing of Public Building Order from the Aspect of Supplier

Financing of construction contracts is one of the most important phases, where aim of every construction company, is to achieve the highest profit, thus ensuring the business. To the financing of construction contracts are used the own and mostly foreign sources. The procurement is linked with using subsidies from the European Union. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are described the basic concepts relating to public contracts pursuant to Act No. 137/2006 Sb. and financing, both in terms of suppliers and contracting authorities and the actual course of implementation. The practical part deals with the financing of specific public construction contract.

Financing of the municipality´s investment activities

The bachelor thesis is concerning with the financing of the investment activities of municipalities. In thesis are described the possible sources of financing including the grant programs of the European Union and Czech Republic. Also there is presented the specific construction contract of the municipality and its financing. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this concrete project and its ways of financing.

Financial Resources Optimisation of the Construction Company Developement

This bachelor´s thesis presents a comparison of various methods of financing the development of construction companies. Selected company bought lorry and crawler excavators in order to extend its range of services. I compare financing with own resources, loans from Komerční banka and leasing from Raiffeisen LEASING. I used the cash flow for comparison in nominal and discounted value. I chose the discount rate 10%. In determining the discount rate, I took into consideration the desired profit, profit for the last period and the amount of interest on term deposits.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the project proposal and the definition of individual methods of financing construction machinery for a selected company. The thesis contains a comparison and evaluation of all available options with a focus on leasing and loan financing according to the offers provided by specific banking and leasing companies. The merit of this thesis is to find and recommend for a company the most advantageous variant of how to finance this particular investment.

Economic evaluation of expediency of housing

The work is aimed to define financial aspect of living, which is determined mainly for young people. The work is especially focused on collecting sources to fund the building of a house for family. The result will be built in Vrádište, Slovakia. The informations and materials will be obtained from Slovak sources. At the next part it'll be comparised with sources from Czech Republic. The aim of the work is to decide on specific pair of young people if they will be able to fund their own construction of house and from which sources of finance. There will be represented examples for financing and following evaluation of the cost linked within.
