Explore pictures of supernatural beings and other creatures which could be found in current visualizations of Fantasy genres, computer games, illustrations and films. Study and categorize visual and written materials, follow these fantastic creatures, how they look like and how the appearance of them changes through time. Track the source of the appearance by comparing modern sources and older pictures and also by studying old myths and legends. Research what inspiration how impacted the process of creating new concepts. Study and define terms such as imagination and fantasy. Through scientific research, try to map how the children imagine fantastic creatures and from what pictures and text their images come from. What do children find scary? Pr·toková cytometrie je metoda pro měření chemických vlastností jed- notlivých buněk v roztoku, s aplikacemi v biologickém a klinickém výzkumu. Nedávny pokrok technologií pr·tokové cytometrie umožňuje mimořádně snadně vyrobit větší soubory dat, které popisují další zajímavé jevy, které vytváří nové výzvy pro zpracování dat a softwaru pro analýzu. Tato práce popisuje a implementuje prototyp softwaru, který zjednodušuje zpracování dat im- plementací interaktivního pipeline editoru pro analýzu, který je navržen tak, aby efektivně zpracovával obrovské soubory dat. Funkcionalita soft- waru je demonstrována implementací nejnovějšího algoritmu analýzy dat a porovnáním efektivity zdroj· s typickým nástrojem pro analýzu v pro- gramu R. Budoucí využití softwaru biology a lékaři je usnadněno poskytnutím jednoduchého rozhraní pro přidávání nových algoritm·, čímž se rozšiřuje funkčnost. 1
Spacetimes with accelerating sources

The core of this thesis is the analysis of accelerating black hole solution with the NUT parameter, which was found by Chng, Mann and Stelea in 2006, and related spacetimes. The original work consists of three interconnected parts. In the first chapter we study the Taub-NUT solution, in particular the nature of its pathological axes, and we include a number of visualizations. In the second chapter we investigate the accelerating Taub-NUT solution, we present it in a new form, and we discuss its "deviation" from the Pleba'nski-Demia'nski class of solutions. To see the differences more clearly, in the final chapter we put also the Pleba'nski-Demia'nski metric into a completely new factorized form. The work is concluded by discussion of special subcases, from which it is clearly seen that the Pleba'nski-Demia'nski class does not contain the accelerating Taub-NUT solution.
