The subject of this thesis is two-storey reinforced concrete basement house. The building plot is located in Andovce. The House is designed with the view of the location. The House will be used for living of a family of four members. The plan view of the House will be used for living of a family of four members. The plan view of the House is almost rectangular. The main entrance and the driveway to the House is at 1st floor level. The vertical walls are formed by a concret system with thermal insulation sheathed on both sides of wood chip boards. The ceiling structure is made of concrete beams. The detached house is covered with three shed roofs. The project was prepared by a computer program called Autocad.
Realization of the rough construction of a residential building in Brno

The subject of the Bachelor Thesis is the technological stage of the superstructure carcass of an apartment house in Brno. For this stage, the following documents have been worked out: the construction progress schedule, the item budget with the bill of quantities, the technical report and the drawings of the site plant, the technological regulation, the assessment of transport routes, the design of the machine setup, the inspection and test plan, and the occupational safety.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is on almost flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a village Dubne close by a city of Czech Budweis. The house has two above ground. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed in a technology of VELOX system. The house is roofed with warm flat roof. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house in worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program Archicad.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a project documentation for the new family house in village Rybany. I tis two-storey stand-alone object with cellar under part of the house. House is designed for one generation. The construction system is walled from lost formwork Velox. The roof is designed as flat and covered with vegetation. The shop is situated in ground floor and house has also atic and basement with garage for two cars. House is completely designed in Velox system. Thanks to the system it is energy-saving building. Drawing part was processed in a computer program AutoCAD.

Theme of this Bachelor´s thesis is modern low-energy detached house and it contains documentation for the execution of the project. House is designed with interesting architecture and disposition solution. The building is situated in the region Vysočina in small town Přibyslav in a quiet suburb. The southeast side is situated to the forest. Two-storey house is designed for 4 people. The entire building is designed in a system of permanent shuttering Velox. The sandwich construction is composed of cement-woodchips slabs, thermal insulation and reinforced concrete. The ceiling is made of prefabricated components glued of Velox slabs to shape of boxis and complemented by concrete layer. Roof is designed as warm flat roof.
Pension

This thesis solves the construction of a pension that is situated on the street Vídeňská in Mikulov. It is 3-storey building and it is based on strip foundations. The roofing of the pension is solved with hipped mansard roof. The building plot is on the mildly sloping terrain, situated towards the south. Technical design solves the object, which is suitable for short accommodation in form of the pension with full board. The purpose of the use of the building is providing accommodation and restaurant services.
Semi-detached House in Třebíč Nehradov

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is a semi-detached house. The Thesis is composed in a form of implementing project documentation. Designed building is situated on plots 135/147, 135/150 in Třebíč Nehradov in Podklášteří. Buildings are single-storeys with a residential attic and there aren´t cellars. The houses are merged by garages on the boundary . The emphasis is placed to design functional disposition of two separate residential units. There are two constructional systems of the building – Velox and Heluz. The roof construction is gabled with unusual shape. There are four sunroofs in the roof.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a further elaboration of an architectural study on student housing in Brno. Buildings are designed in a U shape, with 2 main buildings on the sides, connected with a central smaller object in the front. They create a a semi-public space in-between. The main function is housing, although there is some commercial space offered on the ground floor. The main goal was to design a building that will provide comfortable space for studying and also social life.
