Demographic analysis unemployment above 50 years in the period of 1999-2013

The subject of the bachelor thesis are unemployed persons in higher age groups. The objective is to analyse and describe the development on the labour market of unemployed persons older than 50 years, and simultaneously describe the development on the labour market of entire population of unemployed persons. Data are analysed through economic indicators in the period of 1999-2013 base on publicly available statistics from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. The result of the analysis is the outcome that absolute number of unemployed persons is increasing, primarily in higher age group. Gender ratio among the unemployed has recorded development thanks to legislative changes, mainly in the group of people above 50 years. Gradual aligning of ratio between males and females has happened in the analysed period, in all age groups with the exception of persons above 60 years
Analysis of labour market, employment and unemployment in the Czech republic from fhe demographic view

Object of this bachelor work is to analyze development of labour market depending on the demographic process in the Czech republic. Using this analysis of labour market, this work answers a question: How is changing size and structure of labour market from the demographic point of views in the Czech republic. This bachelor work contains analysis of number and structure of population. It contains total number of population, natural moveing of population like fertility, mortality and migration, which they are influencing size and structure of population. This work draws future development of age generation and furure development of retiring age. This bachelor work proceeds from this demographic characteristics, because this characteristic totally affecting labour market. Itself labour market is analyzed by rate of economic activity, number of employed and rate of unemployment. Indicators are divided by gender to men and women, which are divided to five-year-old age groups in the single years.This indicators are divided by education too.
