Studie dolní části toku Rakovec v k.ú. Ořešín a návrh opatření k posílení ekologické stability území

The thesis deals with the passportisation of upper flow stream Rakovec and draft of modifications in the significant landscape element Údolí Rakoveckého potoka. Results of thesis should serve as a basis for planning permission procedure. The first part contains a detailed description of natural conditions and a review of literature focused on the topic. Specifically is focused on legislation regarding land use in significant landscape elements and land returned during restitution to the original owners after 1989. This is followed by a part describing the methods used. The next section summarizes the results arising from legislation and the most important findings from passportization of watercourse are mentioned. Next, several alternative solutions of modifications in the significant landscape element are devised and the selected one is described in details. The thesis is completed by annexes, which contain full passport of watercourse and the drawing part.

Resumé Právní úprava ochrany dřevin Tato práce se zabývá problematikou právní ochrany dřevin rostoucích mimo les. Okrajově je předmětem této práce i problematika právní ochrany lesa. Autor se ve své práci zaměřuje na praktické otázky zkoumané materie, s ohledem na své praktické zkušenosti a navrhuje některá dílčí řešení. Prioritním cílem autora není vyhledání všech problémových ustanovení, která se dotýkají zkoumané materie, ale posoudit úroveň právní úpravy v globálním měřítku. Blíže se zabývá těmi nedostatky, které považuje za závažné z pohledu předmětu ochrany a pokouší se o odstranění těchto nedostatků vlastními návrhy, případně zahraniční, konkrétně slovenskou legislativou, která z globálního pohledu upravuje zkoumanou problematiku v některých případech efektivněji a může tak sloužit jako inspirativní vzor pro Českou republiku. The purpose of the bachelor thesis was to propose a management plan for the important landscape element Maderany and its accessibility. The management proposal was based on an investigation of the current state of the area and on other restrictions, imposed by the forestry management plan and urban planning documentation of the municipality. The attachment contains graphical representations of placement suggestions for each intervention. A literary research on the term important landscape element was conducted as part of the overview of the subject.

Mapování významných krajinných prvků na území ORP Kyjov

The diploma thesis deals with registered significant landscape elements in ORP Kyjov. The literary research is focused on the nature conservation and landscape protection in the Czech Republic, which is subsequently compared with foreign countries. An integral part is the presentation of significant landscape element as a general tool for nature and landscape protection. The theoretical part also marginally deals with environmental education in nature conservation and landscape protection. Then the characteristics of the area follows, which focuses mainly on natural conditions and landscape protection. The main task is to evaluate the current state of significant landscape elements in the area. In order to achieve this goal, a field survey was carried out. The results are summarized by the catalogue of significant landscape elements, supplemented by photographs of the landscape. In addition to the care for significant landscape elements, an analysis of their funding in recent years was carried out. In the practical part several maps were created in ArcGIS. In addition, a questionnaire survey on citizens' awareness of significant landscape elements took place. Finally, the options to raise citizens' awareness of this protection institution were determined.

Mapování významných krajinných prvků ve vybraném území a návrh na registraci nového významného krajinného prvku

A significant landscape element is a tool of general protection of the nature and landscape, the announcement of which is formally one of the fastest and easiest ways to protect. Act No. 114/1992 Coll. represents basic legislative document where is significant landscape element defined as an environmentally, geomorphologically or aesthetically valuable part of the landscape, which shapes its typical appearance or contributes to the maintenance of its stability. The theme of my thesis was the mapping of important landscape elements and the proposal for registration of a new significant landscape element in Pelhřimov area. Four cadastral territories were selected, in which significant landscape features were characterized. In the area of interest it was selected 4 registered significant landscape elements and 13 significant landscape elements of the law, which were divided into subcategories of watercourses, ponds and forests.

Významné krajinné prvky na území města Modřice

A significant landscape element represents an environmentally, geomorphologically or aesthetically valuable part of the landscape, which shapes its typical appearance or contributes to the maintenance of its stability. This category of general nature and landscape protection enables to protect those segments of the landscape, which do not meet the parameters of specially protected nature territory. The theme of the thesis were registered significant landscape elements in the territory of the town of Modřice. The aim was to collect available sources, to assess their current state and to create information panels about particular areas. The individual significant landscape elements differ in type, current state and exploitation. Basic maintenance is carried out in the areas, but some of their parts are neglected.

Zpracování části koncepce uspořádání krajiny na Opavsku

This thesis is focused on the demarcation of significant landscape element "alluvial plain" in the process of making new a part of landuse layout conception for the broadened area of municipality of the town Opava. The thesis lays out the basis problematic of alluvial plain demarcation and its definition in law and other sources. It also mentions the position of landuse layout conception in spatial planning. Preceding methodologies for demarcation of alluvial plain are also mentioned as well as for the landuse layout conception and in the chapter Discussion these methodologies are compared. According to the chosen working methodology, areas with high probability of alluvial plain occurrence were singled out in the first basic area study and then these areas were localized and specified during the field survey. Results with comments as well as the final outcome of the project are part of the thesis as well. Nature and hydrological conditions in the area together with cultural and historical characteristics are also mentioned to anchor the phenomenon of alluvial plain in the region of Opava.

The bachelor thesis analyzes the significant landscape elements as a way how to protect landscape values. It focuses on methods of protection of landscapes through legislation and relevant organizations, as is shown in the theoretical part of this thesis, and these facts are compared with their usual using. For this thesis two communities as model areas was chosen. They are Krhová and village Hrachovec. In these territories was made field research and according the delivered results were made solutions, which have been compared the theoretical concepts of nature and landscape protection (and their parts) to their usual using. Based on the results it was proposed appropriate protections for newly characterised landscape features.

Dubová, S. The memory of the landscape. Bachelor thesis. Lednice. Mendel university. 2013. The thesis deals with the memory of the landscape. It is created by means of historical landscape structures. The aim is to determine the existence and status of the historical landscape structures in model territory. A field survey, it was found that significant historical landscape structures are primarily in the form of antierosion lanes and agricultural terraces. They used to determine the character of the landscape of the model territory since the Middle Ages. The 57 occurences of antierosion lanes and eight agricultural terraces were recorded in the modeling area. These antierosion lanes are 37 survived, 21 disappeared and six agricultural terraces are preserved and one of the parts. The result of this thesis is a summary of their importance. This is a large and consists mainly in the antierosion kontrol and preservation of the landscape. Their legislative protection and the creation of new landscape structures are especially suggested in the conclusion.
