This master's thesis presents analysis, design and implementation of an information system for supporting studying and practicing of selected methods described by Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) with focus on service design and service operation. In the form of a web application the thesis presents an uncommon approach to e-learning system development by extending the standard lecture part by game elements and interactive scenarios. Developed system allows creators to define services and tasks, such as incidents and problems caused by their operation, and evaluate reactions of responsible users. The application can be used by IT administrators or Service Desk managers to train new IT engineers or Service Desk operators.

Education of Physics and Creativeness

The aim of this graduation theses is to explore one of the theme of the contemporary educational reform in Czech republic what is development of creativeness at the basic school education. This question is outlined in general terms in the firs part of the theses and subsequently developed on the subject of physics education. Special emphasis is placed on the comparing of standard creativeness developing instruments and usage of computing technologies by computer supported education what is another essential item of current education. Significant part of this thesis deals with the software for the basic school physics education and its evaluation. The theses ends with the experiment with pupils of a basic school that should compare these two creativeness developing instruments mentioned above and give impetus to another research in this subject.

Application of information technologies at primary school. Proposal, verification and evaluation of a teachware for English lessons.

This thesis deals with the problems of applying information technologies at primary school. The first theoretical part of the thesis presents important terminology such as information technology, educational software, etc. and considers the pros and cons of using computers in lessons. It also identifies the role of the teacher in computer education and further classifies and evaluates teachware. The second practical part consists of a survey and a project. The aim of the survey was to find out how frequently teachware is used in English lessons at Czech primary schools. The data for the survey were collected at five primary schools in the Tábor region. The aim of the project was to create, verify and evaluate an English language teachware suitable for English lessons at primary school.
