Bachelor thesis Fish meat as an extension of the range for the production of meat products deals with fish production in the Czech Republic and abroad. It also includes general characteristics of fish, composition, benefits of fish meat and its importance in human diet. This is because fish meat is a rich source of protein, fat and vitamins necessary for the proper functioning of the human body. However, the bachelor thesis also deals with the possible risks associated with the consumption of fish meat, the occurrence of heavy metals, negatively affecting human health and the importance of hygiene and good processing practices. An important part of the bachelor thesis is the technological operations related to the processing of fish and fish meat. Likewise, fish meat products that are available on the market and accessible to the general population are included in the thesis.

The theoretical part is focused on the description of the raw materials that are necessary for the production of beer with a fruit component. The beer production technology is outlined. Breweries and microbreweries that offer fruit beer in their portfolio are also mapped in the literature research. The practical part was focused on the production of fruit beer, when a beer containing basic ingredients (malt, hops, yeast, water) was produced and a fruit compo-nent in the form of puree (passion fruit, mango) was subsequently added to it. The beer was subsequently subjected to analytical and sensorial evaluation. For all samples, the volume and weight alcohol content, real and apparent extract and original wort extract were deter-mined using the FermentoFlasher device. As part of the sensory analysis, when appearance, drinkability, aroma and taste were evaluated, samples flavored with passion fruit achieved the best results.
Comparison of plastic products in terms of differences in manual production and 3D technologies

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of plastic products in terms of differences in manual production and 3D technologies. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of plastics, occupational safety and methods of manual processing of plastics. In conclusion, the technologies of 3D modeling and 3D printing are described. The practical part includes the selection of products suitable for production using both technologies. The products were subsequently manufactured, the process of their production was recorded and in the end both their procedures and the resulting appearance were compared.
Master thesis
AMBROŽOVÁ, Anna
The aim of this master thesis is to design such products, for a primary-school subject called "Technical education", in the area of manual metalworking, so students can get familiar with various methodological procedures. Making of these products should be meaningful and simultaneously, students should enjoy the creative process. In the theoretical part, I focused on the educational area called "Člověk a svět práce", and on the educational programme of work with technical material at primary school. I also included the basics of metals and their properties. The inseparable part of my thesis is the summary of occupational safety and hygiene in the school workroom. My thesis also involves reading of technical drawings and methods of manual metalworking. This part is written with the help of specialised literature. For the practical part, I choose five products which I described and tried to make them by myself. In this part, I created questionnaires where I followed up on these products and sent them to teachers and students. One questionnaire is for pupils of "Základní škola Týn nad Vltavou, Malá Strana". Sixty-two respondents answered ten questions. The second questionnaire is for teachers who work at primary schools in South Bohemia. The teachers answered twelve questions.
Design of a set of products and methodologies in activities at the 2nd grade

In my diploma "Design of a set of products and methodologies in activities for the 2nd grafe of primary school pupils in the field of manual woodworking" I deal with ideas for work activities at the second stage of primary school. I divided the work into a theoretical part and a practical part. In the theoretical part I deal with technical education in elementry school, health and safety, the characteristics of wood and at the end I deal with the description of individual tools for working with wood. In the practical part, I introduce the five ideas of products from wood and the manufacturing process. I also conducted a questionnaire survey among teachers, I was mainly interested in how they look at selected products, whether they would use them in teaching for their students, if they are appropriately chosen for the second stage of primary school students and whether the description of the procedure is clear.

The topic of this diploma thesis is customer satisfaction with specific company's products in a selected location. The AGROMĚŘÍN group and the Rynek store located in České Budějovice were selected, which will be described in more detail later. The goal of this diploma thesis is an analysis of consumer demand for products belonging to the AGROMĚŘÍN group and to assess satisfaction with their current range of products. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part contains the concepts of personal sales, quality, customer and customer satisfaction. The importance of customer care, methods of measuring customer satisfaction, customer relationship management and how to approach the customer using traditional methods are also described. The diploma thesis also explains the essence of customer value, customer's purchasing decision making cycle, models of consumer behavior, types of purchases in connection with purchasing decisions and the typology of customers in terms of shopping behavior. At the end of this part, the post-purchase behavior of the customer and the methods of marketing research were clarified. The application part deals with brief characteristics of the AGROMĚŘÍN group and the Rynek store in České Budějovice. The thesis is also based on an analysis of customer satisfaction with AGROMĚŘÍN Group products and data collected using a questionnaire survey performed in the Rynek store in České Budějovice. At the end of the diploma thesis, based on the completed research, there are measures and recommendations for expanding the menu of dishes in the bistro and creation marketing promotional leaflets.
Development of new products from freshwater fish

The theme of this thesis is the development of new products from freshwater fish. The literature review offers a general overview of the consumption of freshwater fish, selected methods of fish processing, fish products on the Czech market, biological values of fish, fish preservation methods, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system), texture and finally the method is described in the conclusion. sensory analysis. The practical part offers an overview of the raw materials and spices used, the production and recipes of selected fish products for use in mechanically separated fish meat. Samples of manufactured products are then analyzed on a NIR Master instrument. The second part also includes a sensory evaluation. The achieved results are then processed and graphically represented.

Through a podcast series of three recordings, this bachelor's thesis deals with products that originated in Czechoslovakia between 1945 and 1989 and are still being produced or reproduced today. These are products that are generally known and mostly popular among the inhabitants of the Czech Republic, so even today they have a fixed place in the society and they are not just historical objects that could fall into oblivion. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the phenomenon of podcasting, especially its history, along with its significance in today's world, and outlines certain differences between podcasts and radio broadcasting. Furthermore, this section presents in detail the procedures and methods used in creating the entire podcast series, along with its detailed presentation. The practical part is the series itself called Classic with three approximately ten-minute podcast works that describe individual Czechoslovak products.
