Utilization of cross-country skiing in the Educational Institute in Vrchlabí

Title: Cross-country skiing usage within the educational process at Children's Home with School Vrchlabi. Objectives: The objective of the bachelore thesis is the movie production, where I document and evaluate the specifics of cross-country skiing training and related attendance of students of Children's Home with School Vrchlabi during the Winter Olympic Games. Methods: Methods used for the purpose of this bachelor thesis were the observation and video documenting of students ski trainings and participation at Educational Institute & Children's Home with School winter games and method of conducted interview with Children's home with school Vrchlabi teachers. Results: The final videodocument from the ski camp and attendance on the WOH shows practiacally used metodics during the crosscountry ski camp. The second part presents the process of WOG, atmosphere and disciplines. Classroom Climate

The Master thesis depicts a social climate in a classroom in Liberec region. The thesis is divided into two larger topic parts - theoretical part where basic terminology connected to the topic is explained and practical part. Theoretical findings introduce issues of classroom climate which partially originates from a larger superior topic of a school climate. The aim of the first part is to introduce each involved party that influences classroom climate daily and engages in measuring the climate. It answers why is important to watch and measure this phenomenon at school. The second part of the thesis describes practical usage of findings from the theoretical part. It deals with a quality research and comparison of results at selected primary schools in Liberec region. It examines differences which appear in a particular classroom in relation to school culture. Research results serve to realization of classroom climate at each school. The research was led in the sixth grades of each school and standardised questionnaire was used to measure the classroom climate MCI. Classroom Climate at a Primary School

The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with terms related to its main theme ? the social climate of the classroom. This is especially the concepts of environment lighting, climate, atmosphere, teaching communication and socialization. The thesis focuses on explaining the formation process of class change its stakeholders, especially students and teachers, the possibilities of class climate and provides a brief overview of research results so far analyzed interested professionals. Marginally provides information on the developmental psychology of children younger than school age, school social climate and social climate of the teaching staff. The practical part focuses on research into the social climate in real classrooms. Studies were conducted at third, fourth and fifth classes of three elementary schools in the South region, using a standardized questionnaire "My class inventory?. The content of the practical work is to introduce readers to the used diagnostic method, the interpretation of the award process questionnaires, the completion and analysis of results of research in particular. The research results are presented graphically and accompanied by commentary. Finish their part of the practical conclusions that have been raised prior to the compilation of hypotheses.

The degree work outlines the professional profile of the educator working with children and young people in their free time. The introductory chapter explains the basic concepts and focuses on the characteristics of the theory of teacher´s profession, personality, values and key competences. The historical development describes education, and the concept of educator in its historical context. The next chapter focuses on the professional possibilities of the free-time educator. His or her educational activities are defined by the brief survey of institutions and facilities where children and young people spend their free time. The final part concentrates on the overall evaluation of the free-time educator. The professional profile contains certain individual qualities as well as theoretical and practical abilities.
