This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of the FC Manchester United logo and its relation to club identity and marketing. The work describes the process of logo development and its symbolism from the beginning of the club's history to the present day. Vojtěch Preissig and typography of his time

This bachelor thesis is focused on the restoration of typography from the 1890s to the first half of the 20th century. Special attention is paid to the Vojtěch Preissigs typograhy and his work on the original Czech typography font. Following the legacy of Vojtěch Pressig is the typography work of some of his contemporaries also included in this thesis, especially work of Jaroslav Benda and Karel Dyrynk. This thesis creates a summary of the overall situation of the Czech typography within a given period.
