Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na obnovu typografie od 90. let 19. století, zhruba do poloviny 20. století. Zvláštní pozornost je v této práci věnována typografické tvorbě Vojtěcha Preissiga a jeho tvorbě českého původního písma typografického. V návaznosti na Preissigův odkaz pak práce sleduje typografickou tvorbu několika jeho současníků, především Jaroslava Bendy a Karla Dyrynka. Práce tak vytváří přehlednou studii poukazující na celkovou situaci české typografie v daném období. This bachelor thesis is focused on the restoration of typography from the 1890s to the first half of the 20th century. Special attention is paid to the Vojtěch Preissigs typograhy and his work on the original Czech typography font. Following the legacy of Vojtěch Pressig is the typography work of some of his contemporaries also included in this thesis, especially work of Jaroslav Benda and Karel Dyrynk. This thesis creates a summary of the overall situation of the Czech typography within a given period.
