The building is without a basement with two above-ground floors. The semi-detached house is divided into two separate units with separate entrances. One apartment is designed for 4-5 people. The building is designed as a nearly zero-energy building in a low-energy standard. The foundations of the object are formed by a reinforced concrete foundation slab, under which there is a thermal insulation layer of foam glass gravel. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of sand-lime masonry. The object is insulated with an ETICS system with insulation made of basalt wool. The ceiling construction of the building is made of pre-stressed hollow Spiroll panels. The roof structure is designed as a classic rafter roof with a folded roof covering. The design documentation includes a fire safety assessment, a thermal technical assessment, and an assessment of acoustics and daylighting.
