The diploma thesis BIKEZONE.cz - bike shop with residential units is processed in the form of project dokumenmtace containing all the elements in accordance with applicable regulations. The proposed facility is on a plots number 947/193, 947/194, Vyškov. The building has three floors. There are vending establishment with administrative facilities and four deluxe units. The structural system is made of blocks Porotherm, reinforced concrete columns, prestressed concrete ceiling panels. The building is covered with a flat roof.
The New Block of Flats

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption and the processing of the design documentation for this building construction. The building is located in a quiet area of the village of Lužice near the town Hodonín. It is designed as a detached structure, with a partial basement and three floors, located on a slightly sloping terrain. In the basement you can find the maintenance room of the building, and the cellar cubicles for the individual apartments. On the first floor there are three apartments with their own front gardens, as well as the common areas of the bike shed, the drying room and also the fitness room. On the second floor there are four apartments with their own terraces. Now, on the third floor there are two very spacious apartments with large terraces. In front of the building there is a large parking lot, the apartment building is barrier-free by to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall system. The above-ground floors are built with ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry of the basement is consist of blocks of permanent formwork. The horizontal structures are prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and covered with a single-layer flat roof.

This Bachelor thesis is a project focused on a detached two floor family residence without a basement located in Letosov, Nesovice. The house is designed for a four member family. On the first floor there is a vestibule which is the entrance to the hall with staircase. The hall is the main access space to all other parts of the house at ground floor level. It is the entrance to the living room which is connected to the dining area and kitchen which includes a storage room to the side. Access to the bathroom, sauna, utility room, and terrace behind the house is also from here. Part of the first floor is also a garage, which you can approach from the outside on the right from the main entrance. The garage also has a backdoor to the terrace. Access to second floor is via the staircase in the hallway. On your left side there is a main bedroom and a children’s bedroom. On your right side there is a bathroom, office and second children’s bedroom. The children’s bedrooms are divided by a clothes changing and storage room, which you can enter from both bedrooms and also from the first floor landing. The roof of the house is comprised of a single coated flat roof with a 5 degree angle. The exterior coat is made from grey PVC coating DEKPLAN 76. The outside main walls are built from ceramic concrete blocks POROTHERM 50 EKO+ whilst the interior main walls are built from POROTHERM 30 P+D and dividing interior walls from POROTHERM 14 P+D. The horizontal main construction is made from ceiling crossbeams POT and inserts MIAKO which also comes from POROTHERM. The ceiling on the second floor is pitched at a 5 degree angle.

Bachelor thesis deals with new detached house in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The work aims to develop design documents for bulding construction. The detached house can be inhabited by 4 to 6 family members all year long. The building has 2 above-ground floors and a basement. Double garage is a part of the house too. The building is based on the Porotherm brick system and the basement is built of Best concrete bricks of permanent shuttering. The building has a shed roof and it is situated on flat terrain.
Atrial House in Modern Development

The subject of my thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an atrium building in modern buildings in the village Spojil street on the Okružní 116/1. A typical char will be the atrium, which will be adjacent residential areas, while in the peripheral walls of the minimum window for privacy for their residents. The building is without a basement, with single-storey flat roof. The base structure is designed from the blocks and shuttering Best of strip footings of plain concrete. The outer and inner walls of the bricks POROTHERM Profi DRYFIX. The house is designed as a single-member family for 4-5 personers. Project drawings were created in ArchiCAD 15 student version and visualization program Sketchup 7.

This bachelor thesis is aimed at processing project documentation for a new building of a house in the town of Brno. The new building is targeted for one one-generation family for the whole-year use with a possibility of temporary accommodation of guests in one room. The house includes a garage. The building has two aboveground floors and is built of ceramic blocks Porotherm. There is a gabled roof with top beam wooden timbers. The project also deals with a wine cellar. The pressing room is built of Porotherm blocks. There is a gabled roof with top beam wooden timbers, the cellar itself is built with barrel vault of full firebrick and subsequently filled up. Both buildings are situated on a flat land.

This bachelor's thesis solves new apartment buildings with nearly zero-energy consumption for housing in the suburb of the capital city of Prague. It is a detached, partially basement apartment building of a rectangular shape with one underground and two above-ground floors with a residential attic in the form of a maisonette, placed in sloping terrain. In the basement there is a technical background and cellar for all housing units, in the upper floors, there are four housing units. The construction system of the building is wall-like, two-way, made of ceramic blocks. Horizontal structures are folded from ceramic blocks. The roof structure is designed as a wooden gable roof with ceramic roof tile. The building has parking spaces and gardens for residents of the house. The work contains project documentation for the construction.
