Creating Logistics Concepts in the Selected Company

This thesis analyzes a logistic concept in the company Autoexpres CZ, s. r. o. It consists from a theoretical part and from an analysis of current situation in the company. In the theoretical part are explained the basic logistic terms. In the analysis of current situation in the company is described a current progress of a contract, an analysis of processes in the company and costs. In the last part of the thesis are final proposals which should help to the better progress of a contract, to save time, costs and to increase satisfaction of a customers and also leadership of the company.

Bolt Tower Dolní Vítkovice - construction technology project

The diploma thesis is dealing with selected parts of construction technology project of extension Vysoká pec no. 1 in Ostrava – Vítkovice. This thesis contains detailed elaboration of technological specifications for the construction of structural steel superstructure. For this phase is treated with a draft of mechanical report, inspection and test plan, dealing with traffic routes and itemized budget. There is also processed a proposal of building equipment which is the same for the entire implementation extension of Vysoká pec, a situation of building equipment, technical report of the object, the timetable for the entire project, ecology, health and safety.

Structure of products in an transport company and its effect on EVA

This thesis is dealing with a performance measure Economic Value Added and its application in the optimalization of company´s products structure. In the first part of this thesis is analysis of the company, theory of Economic Value Added and adjustments of accounting model that lead to the economic model. Following main part is focused on unit products of company and its calculations of Economic Value Added. Last part suggests a new company´s product structure with regard to EVA results.

International Trade with Flowers

The aim of this thesis is to analyze international trade with flowers focusing on the largest producers and exporters. Another aim is to identify critical points in the import into the Czech Republic. The theoretical part gives the ways of transport and certification of flowers, problems with trading and peculiarity in sales are also discussed in this thesis. The qualitative method of research is used in the practical part. It is a method of controlled interviews with flower buyers and their future comparation. Respondents were selected by random sampling. The interviews are used to gather information about the problematics. The questions mainly concern the purchase of flowers, their transport, storage and frequency of purchase. The gained information is summarized at the end of the thesis.

Management of patient with critical thorax injury in prehospital care.

This bachelor thesis is mainly focused on critikal thorax injury in prehospital care. This thesis had two goals. First was theoreticly described critical thorax injury and the second goal was compare five cases from praxis with the theoretical part of this work. On the beginig of this work was discribed anatomy of thorax and phyziology of respiratory system. Next is discribed an introduction to critacal thorax injury, how they usually arise and how to provide a better prognosis for the patient. In the next chapter we are dealing with primary and secondary survay as well as the basic device examination of the patient. The following chapter is the critical chest injury itself, which is presented according to scholarly sources as life-threatening chest injury. This chapter describe symptoms, their pathophysiology and the appropriate therapy. This chapter includes these serious injuries: tension pneumothorax, massive hemotorax, open pneumothorax, flail chest with pulmonary contusion and cardiac tamponade. In other chapter are mentioned life saving skills including: needle thoracentesis, chest tube insertion and pericardiocentesis. There is also brief talk about analgesia, and the last chapter of the theoretical section is about immediate transport. In the empirical part, was used a qualitative analysis in five cases from praxis. These analysed cases were classified into categories, and then in the discussion were compared with the theoretical part of the thesis. The result of this work is that there is a correct final solution to all five critical chest injuries in pre-hospital care, but in some cases we experience incomplete examinations and there are certain differences in the treatment of these critical injuries than the scholarly sources mentioned.
