The subject of this bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the execution of superstructure – house in Třebíč. The content of the thesis is the accompanying report and the summary technical report of the building, the situation of the construction and the solution of the relations of the wider transport routes, the technological regulations for the implementation of vertical supporting and non-supporting structures and the implementation of the reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling structure, the design of machine assembly, conception of site facilities, safety and health protection at site, and control and test plans for the implementation of masonry structures and for the implementation of vertical and horizontal reinforced concrete monolithic structures.

Implementation of Superstructure of Apartment Building in Havirov

This bachelor's thesis deals with the elaboration of a technological project for the stage of rough superstructure of an apartment building in Havířov. The vertical construction system of the apartment building is made of sand-lime blocks. The horizontal construction system consists of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The content of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a technical report on a construction technology project, the situation of construction with closer transport relationships, construction supply design, item budget for selected technological processes, technological regulation for vertical structures - masonry, construction organization for a given technological stage, including equipment drawing. construction site, time schedule for the technological stage, balance of resources, technological analysis, design of machinery for the technological stage, quality requirements and their provision in the implementation of vertical load-bearing structures – masonry and occupational safety of the solved technological stage. Furthermore, the calculation of the construction according to technical and economic indicators, the accompanying and summary technical report and diagrams.

Construction technology preparation of hotel in Ostrožská Nová ves

The subject of this diploma thesis is civil technical project of a new building of the hotel Aztec in Ostrožská Nová Ves. The building was designed as a 6-storey building and will be used for accommodation and recreation. Thesis contains engineering report, a detailed time schedule for the main building object, project of construction site, technological notes and inspection and test plans for particular steps of construction, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction and wider relationships of transport routes to construction site. It also includes protection of health and safety at work taking into account environmental protection.

This diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of the International Clinical Research Center of the St. Anne’s University Hospital, Brno (ICRC), namely the first stage of the construction of the buildings "B1" and "C1". It tries to design an ideal technological process of construction with respect of local conditions. Technologically it focuses mainly on the issue of special foundation, namely protection of excavation pit with secant pile wall and pile foundation. There are processed technological regulations, time and financial plans, construction budget, control and test plan, plan of heavy equipment and safety or environmental requirements. Everything is supplemented by attachments and drawing documentation.

Constructive technological project of polyfunctional house with nursing service

Diploma thesis is focused on the constructional project of the polyfunctional house with care service in the Havířov. The object consists of three blocks that are interconnected by the central corridor. Each block has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The project solved the time and financial plan, the broader transport relations, the construction site equipment, the main construction machines and mechanisms, the study of the implementation of the main construction stages, the technological regulation for the horizontal supporting structures and the truss roof including the control and test plan, monolithic and brick structures.
