Pension reform in the Czech Republic: Comparation with alternatives

The Czech republic will try to end the transformation of its pension system by introduction of funded private pillar next year. It is the last post-communist country in central Europe that will try to do so. This bachelors thesis discusses and evaluates fiscal impacts of the reform and warns about its positives and potential threats.
