Analysis of the causes and solutions proposed to tram transport delays from the transport and construction point of view
Kopecký, Vojtěch ; Svoboda, Richard (referee) ; Valehrach, Jan (advisor)
The thesis Analysis of the causes and solutions proposed to tram transport delays from the transport and construction point of view focuses on the issue of delays and speed drops in tram transport, especially on the causes of their occurrence and ways of their elimination. The thesis examines the current state of the Brno tram system, with a focus on the slowing elements in the system and the locations with frequent delays, including what causes these delays. The thesis also examines the possibilities of speeding up tram transport both from the point of view of transport and from the point of view of track layout. In the final part of the thesis, selected sections of the Brno tram system are analysed in more detail and on the basis of these analyses, measures are proposed that lead to the acceleration of tram transport and the elimination of delays that occur in it.
Automotive neck injury indicators in relation to dummy - tram interaction
Ország, Artur ; Jelen, Karel (advisor) ; Tlapáková, Eva (referee)
Title: Automotive neck injury indicators in relation to dummy-tram interaction Objectives The aim of the work is to evaluate the performer crash tests between the dummy and the vehicle in terms of the thread of the health of the neck and to determine which type of tram creates the smallest risk of health of the neck (cervical spine) at the specified speeds. Methods: This diploma thesis is conducted in form of a pilot study. The first part of the work contains theoretical starting points regarding the discussed topic. The second part analyzes the results of the crash tests and answers the research questions and examines the given hypotheses. Results: The most dangerous, concerning the structure of the neck, were collisions in the highest speed - 20 km/h. The highest values and highest probability of injuries with AIS 2+ and 3+ value were measured in this speed. The type of tram that was most dangerous for the structure of the next were T3 and KT8 and the least dangerous was 15T. Keywords: Tram, tram transport, neck, neck injury, crash tests, injury criteria, neck structure
Slang From the Tram Transport Environment in the Transit Company of Brno and Ostrava
Nachtigalová, Kateřina ; Nedvědová, Blanka (advisor) ; Holanová, Radka (referee)
This bachelor thesis presents the issue of slang in the tram transport environment in the transit company of Brno and Ostrava. The aim of the thesis is through a questionnare survey to collect and subsequently analyse the expressions currently used in these environments. The methodology of the work and the research assumptions that will be used are described in the introduction. The theoretical part focuses on the stratification of the Czech language, a general description of slang based on the professional literature, and the ways of creating slang terms. At the end of this section, we characterize the slang environments and briefly describe the typical features of the Central Moravian and Silesian dialects, to which these regions geographically belong. In the practical part of the thesis, the collected slang expressions are presented and subsequently analysed mainly from a word-formation perspective. The practical part also includes a comparison of both slangs, as well as a comparison with slang used in the Prague transit company. In the conclusion of the thesis, the research assumptions that were set in the introduction are evaluated. A total of 391 expressions from Brno and 372 expressions from Ostrava were collected through questionnaires, mostly consisting of one-word names. These are...
