Mixed-use building in Mikulov

The bachelor's thesis follows a project developed within the subject AG035 Studio of Architectural Creation. The subject of the design is a multifunctional house in the place of the gap, which currently serves as a parking lot or marketplace. The multifunctional house is located close to the walls and castle gardens of Mikulov Castle - located in the urban conservation zone, which was declared in Mikulov in 1982. Due to the elevation of the plot and the street to which the design is adjacent, the multifunctional house is divided into three related parts. The outer parts are set aside for commercial purposes on the first floor (florist, newsagent, bistro). The second, third floor and attic offer a total of 8 apartments. The middle part is reserved only for a literary café. The design also includes underground parking accessible by stairs from the first floor of the outer parts of the multifunctional building. Entry and exit is provided by two ramps. An integral part is the culture of the remaining free space adjacent to the walls of the Mikulov castle. It will consist of gardens and a space/passage adjacent to the wine cellar located under the walls. At the same time, it will be possible to get from this passage to the area of the castle gardens by means of a designed elevator. The facades of all three parts of the multifunctional house are richly glazed and designed in white, beige plaster or pigmented concrete trowel. They take into account the fact that the multifunctional house is located in the urban conservation zone. The roof of the building is saddle with concrete covering in a traditional red-brown colour.

The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation multifunctional building. It is a five-storey building with a basement. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer, flat roof. The building is divided into three working parts. Prví part is used for housing. It consists of 18 housing units, one of which is designed for wheelchair use. The second part of the building is intended for the public. This area retail sales. Includes store books, toys shop, newsagent and a hairdressing salon. The last part of it is public garage. It is intended for users of residential units.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of a new multifunctional building in Mikulov. The work is based on a study in the subject AG035 - Studio of Architectural Creation 5. The proposed building is located in the town of Mikulov. The building itself is on a slightly sloping plot under the castle gardens, on Alfonse Mucha Street. The terraces in the courtyard are already on a very sloping plot. The building consists of 1 building with 4 floors and an attic. One floor is completely sunk into the ground like a basement. It is used for underground garages and cellar nurseries for apartment owners. The ground floor has a public function. There is a newsagent, a beauty salon and a wine bar, which also includes a wine cellar under the walls. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, housing units of various sizes are designed. The attic is unused. The construction system is combined. The foundation structure is made of a tub made of waterproof concrete, the inner load-bearing walls are made of ceramic fired Porotherm brick blocks. In the basement, reinforced concrete columns with girders are designed. The ceiling structures are made of reinforced concrete slabs with reinforced concrete wreaths. The supporting structure of the roof is made of a wooden purlin system.

The main aim of the Bachelor's thesis was to develop the project documentation for the implementation of a new multifunctional building in Žamberk. The building has a partial basement and three floors. The technical facilities and storage space for the residential part of the complex are designed in the basement floor. On the first floor there are commercial spaces for manicure, tobacco shop, hairdresser and cafe. There are also garages on the first floor. In the second and the third floor there are four apartments. The building is designed from ceramic blocks, which are insulated with the contact insulation system ETICS. The ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The roofing of the building is a flat roof with a vegetation mixture.
The flat - building in Svitavy

The subject of this diploma thesis is the new apartment house with business premises in the Riegrova street in Svitavy. The apartment house is located on flat land in the built-up area near the town centre. The building does not have a basement and has four floors. On the first floor there are a beauty and massage salon, a newsagent, a shoe shop, a maternal centre, entrances to the residential part and storage spaces belonging to the housing units. On the second, the third and the fourth floors there are housing units of different categories. The car park is situated outside the building. The building is made from constructional system Porotherm, the roof of the building is flat. The facade is designed with an external thermal insulation composite system. Drawings are processed in ArchiCAD 14.

Podbrdsko is characteristic area of iron processing. The local production of iron goes along human lives for centuries. Komárov ironworks, which had a unique effect for the whole region, were very important in iron processing evolution. Domestic production was the second type of iron processing. Hořovice were well-known for domestic production of nails. Around 1850, domestic production began to gradually disappear. The reason was the move to the factory production. Many large iron processing factories was founded in Hořovice. Harmonicas manufacturing, match industry or hospitality services were other important economic sectors in Hořovice.
