The bachelor thesis is a proposal of the entrepreneurial intention to establish a restaurant. Our restaurant with a focus on tourists and cyclists will be in Vilémovice. The branch of business belongs to the hospitality industry. The work consists of three parts. The theoretical part will be based on literary research and serve to define basic concepts. The analytical part will deal with the market analysis and other factors that could improve our business. The final part will deal with the proposal of the business plan itself and its economic success.

Visitors' Satisfaction in South Bohemia (Krumlovsko and Podkletí Tourist Area)

The main goal of this work was to identify factors influencing the satisfaction of tourists visiting the region of Krumlovsko and PodKletí and evaluating the conformity of the visitors' expectations and the reality. In these areas, the quality and quality of the supply of primary and secondary tourism was perceived in terms of demand. Finally, on the basis of the outcomes of this work, certain measures were introduced in order to improve the satisfaction of the parties involved in the tourist industry of the Krumlovsko and PodKletí regions.

The sustainable development of historical monuments in Prague

Title: The sustainable development of historical monuments in Prague The aim of this diploma thesis is to map the influence the visiting of sights in the Prague Heritage Reservation on their condition and sustainability and to submit possible suggestions for improvement. In addition to these proposals, new possible outcomes will be added to improve the situation in the future, further new marketing products, strategies that would lead to the expansion of the sustainable development of the monuments and the care for them. The teoretical part deals with the general definition of the concept of Prague Heritage Reservation, basics statistics of tourism and the monument care itself in Prague. Another integral part of the thesis are marketing and demarketing strategies regulating the flows of visitors, which are used by individual institutions. The practical part consist predominantly of a quantitative survey, from the answers were obtained during a multi-year survey among the visitors of he city of Prague, in order to find out especially the motivation of foreign visitors to travel to Prague, the most visited places and also whether tourists are satisfied with visit. Tourism in ossuary from an anthropological perspective

In this thesis I will focus on tourism in the ossuary in Kutná Hora. In the first part I plan to describe theoretical background of anthropology of tourism. In the second part I will discuss the history of ossuaries and the changes in the perception of death in society. In the final part, I will present the results of my own research of tourism in the ossuary. My aim is to relate the research I conducted, through interviews transcribed, to the theoretical approaches. Furthermore, I will present my own typology of visitors of the ossuary and also focus on the motives these tourists have to visit there. Key words: tourism, tourists, ossuary, cemetery.

Comparison of tourism in the Czech Republic and Ukraine

The bachelor thesis is concentrated on the comparative analysis of the organization of tourism in the Czech Republic and Ukraine on the basis of the official information sources. The ratings of both countries in the world tourism market are also studied. The purpose of the thesis is aimed at defining and comparing the current situation in the tourism market in the corresponding countries and also at analysing current supply and demand of tourist services in the chosen territories. On the basis of the analyzes in two territories the possible improvements are revealed and generalized.

Analysis of tourism of Sušice

The bachelor thesis evaluates tourism in the town of Sušice. The work contains geographical characteristic of the town, analysis of preconditions for development of tourism and assessment of its progress and current state. Analysis and complex evaluation of development of tourism in Sušice is the main aim of this work. Two methods were used for reaching this goal. The significant part of results is based on a survey, which is based on tourists' and local entrepreneurs' opinions. The method of controlled structured interview with chosen actors of tourism in Sušice was also used. The empirical part analyzes opinions and views of local entrepreneurs and visitors on the matter of tourism in this town. The conclusion summarizes all the knowledge, appraises set hypothesis, mentions all advantages and disadvantages of the town, and, last but not least, it also outlines new opportunities for further development of tourism in Sušice.

The primary aim of the thesis "Rural Tourism in South Bohemian Region" was the evaluation of the rural tourism offer in South Bohemian Region and the submission of appropriate suggestions. The secondary aim was to describe South Bohemian Region, to analyse actual documents relating to the tourism in the region and to create and evaluate SWOT analysis of tourism in the region.

Key factors of decision making process of medical tourists in the Czech Republic

This thesis analyzes parts of decision purchasing process and reveals the most important criteria for medical tourists in the Czech Republic using questionnaire research method. Survey was conducted in cooperation with clinics and medical tourism providers in the Czech Republic. Based on the research, key decision factors are costs, experience and quality of surgeon and patient's reviews of the clinic. The thesis also provides suggestions on application of results in clinic's marketing communication.
