The analysis of tourism services in the Klatovy region

The subject of thesis is ``The analysis of tourism services in the Klatovy region{\crqq}. It is focused on characteristics of tourism, determinates the basic concepts of the tourism, typology of tourism and typology of tourism services and it´s division into basic and supplementary tourism services. The thesis analyses actual state of tourism, the level and quality of services provided in the sample of particular accommodation and catering establishments and sport, recreaional and culture opportunities of the town and of the whole region.
Analysis of tourism services in the region Novohradsko

Project analyses services of Tourism area of Novohradske mountains and Novohradske foothills and completly characterize potencial of Tourism in this location, through some analysis. Concretely is here used situational analysis, STEP analysis, destination demand analysis and analysis of competitive advantage. Than it was estabilished analysis of Tourism services (basic and supplementary services). The point of project was proposition of product portfolio and marketing mix of destination which was coming out of these analasys and field survey (form of questionnaire). It was putting the accent on frame of view on progression and propagation of destination. Through hypotheses were solved classification of Tourism services and traffic or tourist notation seen tourists eyes.
THE EFFECT OF TOURISM AND MANAGEMENT OF LANDSCAPE IN ŠUMAVA NATIONAL PARK AND LANDSCAPE PROTECTED AREA ON COMMUNITIES OF EPIGEIC BEETLES

The effect of tourism and different landscape management on beetle communities using pitfall trapping in the Šumava mountain area (National Park and Protected Landscape Area) was studied. The pitfall traps were arranged on left side plots of the Lipno dam with a different man-made pressure. The beetle communities of parking lots, dam shores and bushes were studied. The lowest number of species discovered by pitfall trapping was on plots strongly affected by man (parking lot). The highest number of species was found on plots of dam shores in consequence of ecoton effect. The community structure of the parking lots and dam shores was formed in 60 per cent by eurytopic species. Stenotopic species were dominant only on habitat of bushes. A regular and intensive management in the dam shores and the parking lots (mowing, herbicide application, fragmentation ) was the main factor affecting the epigeic beetle communities.
The Market Segmentation with using Cluster Analysis Methods

This diploma work is called ``The Market Segmentation with using Cluster Analysis Methods``. This segmentation is made in the marketplace of tourism. The cluster analysis methods are classified into hierarchical and no hierarchical ones. The hierarchical methods are divided into the following methods: The nearest neighbour metod, The furthest neighbour metod, The weighted group metod. MacQueen K-means and Wishart methods are no hierarchical methods. In the work we can find the division of one informant into 5 groups according to two methods ( The furthest neighbour metod and MacQueen K-means). Each group has its own representative which consists of the most frequent answers. This information is exploited at sorting clients in turism.
Utilization of Soubor lidových staveb Vysočina (exposition complex Veselý Kopec) in tourism products

The objective of the thesis was to analyze the current situation of the outdoor museum Veselý Kopec, and based upon the gathered primary and secondary data, to evaluate, consider and recommend new options and steps leading to improvement of the current situation. The final aim was to consider and propose new products, efficiently utilizing the potential of the museum in tourism.

The work is aimed at the definition of the investigated tourist destination Prachaticko, the completion of the analysis of the tourist services, the completion and the evaluation of the field investigation, the proposal of the marketing conception and the definition of the marketing mix. The visitor profile for this destination was defined by the questionnaires and the personal survey. On the basis of this evaluation I proposed the product ``Historical region of Prachaticko{\crqq} which is focused on discovery of natural, cultural and historical sights and bicycling. The service package for this product includes accommodation services, boarding and entrance fees to cultural events and historical sights.

The aim of this work was to study the components of primary and secondary possibilities for travel in the Hluboka nad Vltavou area, to analyze the needs and requirements of visitors to this destination and to evaluate the contributions and impacts of the travel industry in the area under study. Hluboka nad Vltavou is very attractive as a travel destination and has great potential for further development because of its cultural and historical attractions. Hluboka castle dominates the town. The natural attractions of the area are also very important. In this flat country there are many hidden cycling and tourists routes. Hluboka nad Vltavou town offers a wide range of sports activities for the use of visitors; walking, swimming, golf, horse riding, tenis, volleyball and others.
The support of tourism development in the chosen region Modravsko

This bachelor work aspires to describe the region of Modrava in term of tourist trade´s offer, the extent and quality, especially to focus on contemporary conditions for tourist trade, to compare the attendance rate of this region on the basis of statistic indicators in the past years. Further on to focus this work on the analysis of needs and demands of this region tourist. Introduction, theoretical part of the bachelor work, deal with the common principle of attractions of the region, existing establishments and tourist trade´s services that which needed to be analyzed furthermore. An opinion poll about the tourist´s usage and service´s quality in this region has been made. Acquired information from the analysis, about benefits and impacts that tourist trade brings to this location forms the concluding part of the thesis. Provided data could play a key role by improving the tourist trade´s conditions in this region. This very attractive region is much-sought-for especially for its diversity and beauty. Each visitor can find there everything he looks for, not only relaxation, sport, stir and entertainment, but cultural and social experiences as well.
