Title: The case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of total hip endoprothesis replacement Objectives: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge of the total hip endoprothesis replacement diagnosis in the first part. The second part is focused on elaboration of the case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Methods:This bachelor's thesis was completed on the basis of internship on the rehabilitation and physical medicine ward of the Ústřední vojenská nemocnice in Prague between 10. 1. 2022 - 4. 2. 2022. This bachelor's thesis is divided into two sections. The first section, general, resumes the diagnosis of total hip endoprothesis replacement information drawn from scientific literature. The second section, special, includes a case study of a patient with this diagnosis. It contains initial kinesiological analysis, the aim of therapy, suggestion and description of given therapy, it's effect and final kinesiological analysis. Results: In the general section of the thesis, I was able to summarize theoretical information about the diagnosis of total hip ensoprothesis replacement. Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprothesis of the left knee joint Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to process a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprothesis of the left knee joint. The case study was made during practise in the CLPA in Prague, based on the theoretical knowledge processed in the first part of the thesis. Methods: The case study consists of initial kinesiological examination, short-term and long- term physiotherapeutical plan, suggestion of therapy, nine described therapeutic units, final kinesiological examination and evaluation of the therapy effects. Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Left Total Knee Replacement

Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprothesis of the knee joint Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to process a case study of a patient with total endoprothesis of his left knee joint. The case study is based on the theroretical information described in the first part of this thesis. Methods: The case study of particular pacient consists of complex kinesiologic examination at the begining and in the end as well, furthermore, it consists of short-term and long-term physiotherapeutical plan and eight therapeutic units. Finally there is an evaluation of the effects of the therapy. The case study itself was made during practise in the Military Hospital in Prague from 21st January 2020 to 30th January 2020. Results: Patient's range of motion (knee flexion) improved. Muscle strength of hip flexors and knee extensors improved as well. Title: The case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total endoprothesis of a knee joint Aim: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the processing of a case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total knee replacement during an internship in the ÚVN hospital. Summary: This thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part sums up anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. Apart from that, there is some information about gonarthrosis, indications and contraindications towards total endoprothesis of the knee joint. Last but not least we look at the specifications of rehabilitation regarding this diagnosis and used physiotherapeutic methods. The objective of the special part is a case study of the patient. It consists of complex kinesiologic evaluation, therapies during the patiens stay and the outcomes of the rehabilitation. Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Total Endoprothesis of Hip Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou totální endoprotéza kyčelního kloubu Summary The abstract of my study concerns the treatment of the case of a patient who had an operation of total endoprothesis of hip on the right hip joint, caused by osteoarthritis. My practice was performed at Ústřední Vojenská Nemocnice. My Bachelor Thesis is divided in two parts: 1) Theoretical part 2) Practical part. The first part is the theoretical one which consists of a brief description of the anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the hip which helps for better understanding of the mechanism of total endoprothesis of hip. Additionally, description of the osteoarthritis which caused the operation is mentioned. Also there is information about every detail related to total endoprothesis of hip. On the other most important part of this thesis, the second part is the practical one which includes the anamnesis and the kinesiologic examinations of the patient, after total endoprothesis of hip caused by osteoarthritis.
