Meteorological Station with Remote Access
Svoboda, Josef ; Číž, Radim (referee) ; Sysel, Petr (advisor)
This thesis discusses design and realization of air temperature, pressure and relative humidity measuring device, transmission of measured data over internet and their presentation on a web site. First chapter introduces reader into principles of measuring air temperature, pressure and relative humidity and various types of sensors used for measuring . Next, the conception of designed system is described. Designed system must accomplish tasks from reading raw data from the sensor up to thein graphical presentation to the internet user. Second and third chapter describes hardware and software design of air temperature, pressure and relative humidity measuring unit. In next part one can find description of software used to transmit measured data over internet and software for generating web pages which are shown to users. The work is revieved in the final part of this thesis.
Automatic temperature logger
Spielmann, Ondřej ; Petržela, Jiří (referee) ; Götthans, Tomáš (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is introduction with the principles of measurement in meteorology. Using this knowledge it’s designed automatic temperature logger with wireless sensors. The acquired data is displayed on the display and further processed. Thesis also deals with the system software.
USB thermometer
Holub, Jiří ; Kubánek, David (referee) ; Lattenberg, Ivo (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with a problem of electrical measurement of temperature. It describes a various types of temperature sensors and processing data obtained from these. It describes in short the USB interface and its parameters. It also contains a design of hardware and software solution of thermometer using temperature sensor SMT 160, managed by microcontroller ATmega16 and communicating with PC via USB interface. Designed thermometer also offers possibility to save measured data to built-in memory and later load them from there. Measured data will be also displayed on LCD. Last part of these thesis is design of application for PC, which will serve for displaying measured data and adjustment of thermometer.
Electronic thermometer
Kostka, Vladislav ; Šilhavý, Pavel (referee) ; Lattenberg, Ivo (advisor)
This semestral project contains of different processes of temperature measuring procedure. Analyze every single method and sensor and points out advantages and disadvantages of each of it. Describes connection of electrical thermometer and regulation of heat controled by microprocessor ATMEL.
Temperature Monitoring
Kotačka, Aleš ; Winter, Jan (referee) ; Kubek, Ján (advisor)
This master's thesis deals use FITkit for longtime temperature monitoring without necessity connection on PC. Describe possibilities connection different heat-sensitive elements to FITkit inclusive physical realization. Further this thesis deals with measuring of temperature, displaying temperature and saving to memory, blocks-partitioning of memory. Is defined communication protocol between FITkit and PC for bulk downloading of data. So are solving problems with saving measure data to text files and next processing in table processors.
Temperature regulator with ESP8266
Vymazal, Tomáš ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Lattenberg, Ivo (advisor)
The bachelor thesis mainly focuses on a development of a smart socket thermostat able to communicate with a user and other applications via Wi-Fi interface in the 2.4 GHz band. Subsequent centers of attention are electrical temperature measurement and analysis of IoT clouds, currently used for logging and visualization of gauged data. Essential part of the work is the detailed depiction of PCBs development from their design to the particular stages of progress. The last but not least are the firmware measures and the regulation functionality verification.
System for measurement of aerobic stability of forage
Synek, Josef ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
Aerobic stability is a term which nutritionists use to define the length of time that forage remains stabil and don‘t degrade. Once fermentation is completed and the forage is exposed to air during feeding or during storage (leaky silos, poor packaging) increases the temperature of the forage initiated by yeasts or lesser extent by the action of some bacterias. This temperature is measured using temperature sensors and it is compared with the ambient temperature of the surroundings. Aerobic stability is given as the time, for which the forage temperature rises by 3°C above ambient temperature.
