Technological stage of the rough construction of the pavilion of the psychiatric ward in Poruba

The aim of the processing is the technological stage of the rough construction of the psychiatric ward pavilion in Poruba. The building is designed as a structured four-storey reinforced concrete skeleton of irregular plan with an internal atrium with flat roofs. The load-bearing structures of the lower and upper building are designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton reinforced by walls of communication cores and individual monolithic walls. The horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by reinforced concrete monolithic floor slabs. The content of the work includes a technical report, a situation with broader relations of transport routes, a statement of dimensions, a technological regulation for the execution of reinforced concrete monolithic load-bearing structures, a technical report and a drawing of the site equipment, a time schedule, a design of machine assemblies, an inspection and testing plan, the safety of the work of the technological stage addressed.
CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNOLOGICAL PROJECT OF PREPARATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HOTEL AT VALEČ CASTLE

This master thesis deals with the construction of a new hotel building in the Chateau Valeč complex. This building will serve as a garage, restaurant and accommodation facilities. The building is located on the outskirts of the village of Valeč. The thesis contains a technical report of the object, a situation of the building with broader relations of transport routes, a time and financial plan of the construction, a study, a project of the construction site equipment, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, an item budget, a technological regulation, a quality control and testing plan and occupational health and safety. The thesis deals with sprayed polyurethane foam, which serves as a thermal insulator. The thesis also describes the heating system and energy sources for the building.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of a building technology project for an apartment building in Bučovice, specifically focusing on the "Apartment House Z". The thesis deals with the technical report for the construction-technological project, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building object, the solution of the broader relations of transport routes and the design of the building supply, the object time and financial plan, the time plan of the main building object, the project of the construction site equipment, the design of the main machines and mechanisms, the plan of providing material resources for the rough construction, roofing and hole filling, technological prescription for the implementation of the monolithic floor structure and flat single-skin vegetated roof, inspection and testing plan for selected prescriptions, balance of personnel and deployment of main machines throughout the implementation period, safety risk solutions and measures for selected processes, selected LEED certification points. In addition, a THU construction calculation, an itemized budget for the rough-in, roofing and infill openings, an economic analysis of the selling prices of the apartments and non-residential space, and other appendices were prepared.
