The Technical Monuments And How to Use Them in Second Primary School Education

The thesis is focused on technical monuments in South Bohemia. Selected monuments are applied in lower secondary school teaching by means of excursions and projects. The theoretical part deals with the project teaching and its use in education. Subsequently the attention is paid to technical education, technological literacy and their roles in lower secondary schools. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with technical monuments, their official status and typology. The final section is devoted to selected technical monuments and attractions, which are briefly described. Individual excursions and projects for teaching in lower secondary schools are developed in the practical part of the thesis. The information base for teachers and expansion options of individual excursions to other objects are also included in excursions and projects. The supplement of the thesis includes maps and other documents for successful realisation of excursions or projects.

Technical sights of South Bohemia

This work describes selected the technical monuments in South Bohemia and the technical monuments are described in detail. This work technical monuments shows the basic technical functions and the use of known physical phenomena in their construction. These monuments are grouped into thematic groups with respect to mining, transporting and processing of raw materials. Selection specific monuments was carried out on the basis of their importance and uniqueness in the context of South Bohemia.

Diagnosis of Selected Didactic Terms of Students of Teaching and Primary School Teachers

This diploma work raises the issues of preconcepts for didactics of students of teaching, deals with the perception of those concepts by primary school teachers, and subsequently with their diagnosis. The aim of this work is to find out to what extent the perception of some chosen didactic concepts are connected comparing students of pedagogical faculty and experienced primary school teachers. The theoretical part aims to define the concepts involved in the research and concerns with constructivists didactics. In the practical part the data relating to preconcepts were found and processed by method of semantic differential.

Projekt vypracovává strategii podpory udržení a rozvoje zeleně jako protiváhy stavebních prvků v urbanizovaném území. V rámci subprojektu byly shromážděny podklady o významných příkladech historického systému zeleně u staveb v rozdílných slohových obdobích. Byla zpracována metodika podporující zachování historického systému zeleně. Byly navrženy limity a regulativy ve vztahu k dendrologickému sortimentu.

Project "Regional technical facilities and their application in teaching at primary school"

The theoretical part of this thesis describes "project teaching" as one of the methods that enhance the activity of students and improve the learning process. Furthermore, technical education and its role in primary school is described. The last section of the theoretical part deals with the technical monuments, which were used in the creation of learning projects. The practical part presents the various training projects designed for the primary schools, which are thematically based on the technologically important buildings of the South Bohemian region. Projects also includes teaching materials and information basis for teachers.

Project "Technical Monuments in Klatovy and their application in teaching at primary school"

The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the project methodology and processes information about technical education as a full-fledged subject of the first primary school. The final part of the theoretical work is focused on ten technical monuments from Klatovy that were applied in the creation of educational projects. In the practical part of teaching are developed individual projects that are designed for first grade elementary school. The projects also includes the information base for teachers. Conclusion the practical part is devoted indicative verification project method to use at the elementary school.

The aim was the implement situatioan analysis in Strakonice region and find out segments of tourist visiting this area. On the basis of the marketing survey, that took place on the technical monuments have been selected segment of visitors. At the end of this work are presented a suggestions complement and innovation the tourism product in Hoslovice.

The proposal of cultural tourism development project in Třeboň region

The objective of this Diploma Thesis is to draft a project of cultural tourism development in Třeboň region. Quantity of ponds and water courses are typical for this territory, and it also parades with a number of water mills that are architecturally or technologically valuable in terms of historic monuments. Despite their value they are not used as touristic sites and that is why to draft a project of Museum of miller's craft Mill of Spolí is a constituent of the Thesis. The sense and the objective of the project are to provide public access into the existing building of the Mill of Spolí as a technical monument. Museum exposition and practical demonstrations of mill machinery should improve the visitors' knowledge and it should inform them about the history of miller's craft and about the history of the Mill of Spolí itself. By these means the fame of Czech miller's craft as one of the traditional elements of country settlement should be reminded.
