The Order Processing in Engineering Company
Šebelová, Denisa ; Kotíková, Martina (referee) ; Milichovský, František (advisor)
The bachelors thesis is focused on the realization of the order in a selected engineering company. Processes, that the order goes through since the actual acceptance until expedition are tracked and we are looking for weak areas of the whole process. Based on the analysis of these processes, the weak areas of the company are revealed. The output of this work is the minimization or a complete elimination of these weak points and economic evaluation of the proposed modifications.
Modern low-emission combustion chamber for jet engines
Mašek, Jakub ; Nastálek, Ondřej (referee) ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor´s thesis examines modern low-emission combustion chambers for jet engines. It´s foremost aim is to specify construction parameters of low-emission combustion chambers, compare it´s features and comprise the use of these combustors in civil aviation. Thesis deals with reasons of modern low-emission combustion chamber development and estimate future development in the region of aircraft industry. Another aim is to specify legislations of aviation emissions, history of certification standards and organizations, which make and control these limits.
Production of threads with taps
Chludil, Petr ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the study of production process of threads by screw-taps from the very description of the individual threads through all the available methods of the threads production, thread control function, up to the actual taps, materials, coatings and their distribution. In the experimental part the thesis deals with the question whether it is possible to find an alternative to the standard production of threads using cutting by taps. This alternative seems to be the use of forming taps. The experiment took place under constant cutting conditions and consisted of two parts, one of them was the production of threads into the pre-drilled through holes and the second one was the production of threads into the pre-drilled impassable holes. The result of the experiment was finding the course of the cutting moment depending on the time and the amount of wear of the examined kinds of taps when all the measured values had to be statistically processed and conclusions were then evaluated.
Low NOx emission combustion chamber of turbine engines
Šafránek, Martin ; Mašek, Jakub (referee) ; Šplíchal, Miroslav (advisor)
Bachelor thesis examines Low NOx emission combustion chamber of turbine engines. It describes in particular the events taking place in the combustion chambers and the mechanisms of generating all monitored emissions. It also focuses on the description of the most important design parameters, their estimated development, assessment and use in civil aviation. Further, this thesis deals with the legislation of various organizations that create certification standards for regulating the amount of emissions emitted.
Production of threads with taps
Nasyrov, Ildar ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
In the theoretical part of this thesis are described types of threads, methods of production and control of threads, types of taps, types of coatings and cutting fluids, analysis of specific cutting forces during thread cutting and theoretical analysis of the cross-section distribution by taps using. The experimental part of this thesis includes the production of internal threads by cutting tap at constant cutting conditions. The cutting time was measured according to the function of time during the experiment. The measured data were statistically processed and, as a result, the cost of one thread production was calculated.

On the modern technologies of thread production
Mišák, Ondřej ; Dvořáková, Jana (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with the study of threads, specifically the introduction to the basic geometry of threads, their production and modern trends by which threads can be made. The experimental part is devoted to the production of threads using cutting and forming taps, comparison of force and moment loads and damage caused during the production of threads when changing the cutting speed. In the end, the achieved results of experimental tests and their evaluation are summarized.
