The content of this bachelor thesis is design of table lamp, respecting basic ergonomic and technologic rules. My aim was to create a lamp, which is useful and in the same time visualy interesting and which can fit in an interior of modern room or office. Thanks to solution, when the construction consists of several same parts, the manufacturing is very economic.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a table lamp. It includes everything starting from the first historical, technical and design analyses. It continues with some examples of current production and finishes with a description and analysis of alternative and final design solution and its evaluation in the final part.
