This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of the pension system in the Czech Republic and its direction. The theoretical part is focused on determination of the pension system, the legislative definition, demography, wage developments and the economic situation of the population. Furthermore, it points to define the potential risks and the historical development of the pension system. The practical part focuses on a comparison of all three pillars of the pension system and its advantages for different groups of the population, by examining the pension situation in Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, analysis of commercial entities that offer retirement savings products and the assessment of the advantages and disadvantages of each pillar.

This Bachaleor thesis aims to how corporate organization implementing theirs global CSR strategy on local level and if this strategy reflects regional needs and indicates regional development. The first half of the theoretic part was dedicates on characterising concept CSR which involves definitions, triple bottom line, its historical evolution of concept and chosen standards. The second part focuses on CSR advantages, critics and implementation CSR in Czech Republic. The practical part explores the CSR strategy of IKEA and activities on global scale. Local activities are analysis with chosen indicator which measures level of implementation CSR strategies of IKEA. Their results are used for a recommendation to management of IKEA to optimize regions sustainable development.Formula clause:

Nevídalová, R. Corporate social responsibility in ISNO IT, s.r.o. company. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The thesis examines in detail the issue of corporate social responsibility and the aim of the work is to recommend the development of socially responsible activities. The aim of the literary research is to define the term CSR and other related concepts. In my own work is the analysis of collected data. Recommended activities for the company are achieved by using qualitative interviews for the management as well as questionnaire surveys in order to develop social responsibility. Recommended suggestions include volunteering, creating an ecological e-shop or remaking websites. Following proposals were submitted to the company's management and proper feedback was obtained.
Corporate social responsibility and sustainable development in chosen company

This bachelor thesis deals with corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, which are both much discussed topics nowadays. Thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part I deal with the meaning of concepts of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development including the history, evolution, actual meaning and benefits. Practical part of the bachelor thesis researches corporate social responsibility and sustainable development in the specific construction company FATO Plc, which is situated in Hradec Králové. There were made interviews and surveys with company employees and headquarters within practical part. I made a summary and an evaluation of activities in three CSR pillars followed by the recommendation into the future based on obtained information.

The main aim of this work is to describe and systemize information concerning the old-age pension system and its reform in the Czech republic de lege lata. This work describes the pension system in the Czech republic, which consists of three "pillars"; "first pillar" - the traditional social security system, "second pillar" - the opt-out modification of the traditional social security system, and "third pillar" -. the supplementary pension system. A comparison of the Czech Republic and Switzerland pension schemes

The aim of this work is an analysis adjustment of the pension scheme of the Czech Republic and of the way how it is financing in comparison with the pension scheme of the chosen state Switzerland. This country has been chosen intentionally as it has, just as the Czech Republic, three-pillared pension scheme. The result of the comparison is probably the biggest difference between Czech and Swiss pension system is stored in the share of private assets. At the end of this work there are analyzed the potential risks setting pension systems and proposed recommendations.
