Switching benchtop power supply 0-30 V, 0-5 A
Galia, Jan ; Pazdera, Ivo (referee) ; Martiš, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and construction of switching mode power supply for lab application. Convertor is based on the forward topology with adjustable output voltage regulation from 0 to 30V and with maximal output current 5A. Antoher features of this power supply is adjustable current limiting function which can be set from 0 to 5A. For closed loop control was chose analogue cascade regulation. The contol part consists of operation amplifire TL072 and SG3525 contorl circuit.
Digitally Controlled Switching Power Supply
Krška, Vlastimil ; Zamazal,, Michal (referee) ; Šebesta, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis is an introduction to switching mode power supplies, especially focused on digital control. It summarizes the basic topologies of switching mode power supplies, and discusses the fundamental issues of digital power supply control. It also summarizes basic informations about Piccolo microcontrolers, about experimental kit and about main parts of sample source code. Also is described here own implementation of the control law and the theory and implementation of maximum power point tracking. The conclusion of this thesis deals with implemantation a testing of the designed digitally controled switching power supply.
Hardware design of diesel injection system control unit
Novák, Matyáš ; Háze, Jiří (referee) ; Šteffan, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the basic design of diesel injection control unit hardware. There is a description of the whole blocks of Motorpal Common Rail diesel injection system in the introduction. Next are described requirement of control unit hardware. In the following are descriptions of parts, which was choosed for adjustment. The second part of thesis describes the whole design of control unit wiring diagram. There is described each block in detail in this part. Next part describes component placement on printed circuit board. The conclusion of thesis compare designed version of control unit with elderly versions.
Switching power supply based on high voltage Si/SiC MOSFET transistors
Darida, Slavomír ; Procházka, Petr (referee) ; Pazdera, Ivo (advisor)
Bachelor’sthesis is based on semestral thesis, which was focused mostly on problematic of switching power supply design with following parameters 3x400V AC/15V DC, 3,333A. Bachelor’s thesis adds algorithmic calculations of converters winding parts for forward converter and also for flyback convertor. These algorithms are created with Matlab. Next extension is design of two different forward convertor’s conceptions. Current mode PWM regulation is the first one and voltage mode PWM regulation is the second conception. Because current transformer is needed for secondary current sensing in first conception, its design is added also with algorithm calculation. Important is that both of these conceptions are using same excitation system. Excitation system functional tests are classified at the end.
Small programmable bench power supply
Čech, Jonáš ; Vochyán, Josef (referee) ; Kubíček, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor‘s thesis deals with design and construction of compact low power switching power supply, which is powered from USB. It provides adjustable output voltage in range from 0 V to 16 V and adjustable current limit. The design is made with respect to galvanic insulation between device and PC. The control of device is done by basic user interface and software, which provide monitoring of output voltage, current and output power. The simulation and measurement results are included.

Dc/Dc Converter For One Photovoltaic Panel With Fully Digital Control
Benda, Dušan
The paper deals with the topic of design and realization of full digital control DC/DC converter for one photovoltaic panel with a 250 W peak power. A flyback topology with a non traditional snubber circuit was selected for the DC/DC converter.
