This diploma thesis solves design of the building for temporary accommodation - hotel in the city of Brno Lisen street Novolíšeňská on plot no. 5049/24. The land is gently sloping and its area is 41,546 square meters. The outer dimensions of the building are 49.0 m x 28.3 m. The hotel has four floors and a basement. The roof is designed single-layer flat. The building is of brick construction of two-way system of Porotherm blocks based on reinforced concrete footings. Ceilings consist of reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The hotel is equipped with 27 rooms for 50 guests.
Family house

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of a two-storey family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The family house has got two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The garage for one car is a part of the house. The building is designed in a Porotherm construction system. The roof is made of a single-shell roof. The house is insulated by a ETICS system. The main entrance is oriented to the north, from the selected piece of land in the village of Nížkov, Loučková street. The main part of the thesis contains a project documentation and a technical report. The dispositional and architectonic studies, constructional details, thermal-technical studies, a design of stairs and a design of foundations are also included in the thesis. The drawing part was made in a computer program ArchiCAD GRAPHISOFT 20.

Detached house is for 4-6 member family for year round occupancy. The part of the house is double garage. The building has 2 floors and basement. The building with shed roof is based on brick system Porotherm. The building is situated on sloping terrain.
Apartment building Lnářská

This bachelo’r thesis deals with the project of an apartment building and parking spaces on plot no. 426/13 in the cadastral area of Humpolec. The building has eleven residential units on three floors and basement for technical and civic amenities. Perimeter above-ground masonry is designed from ceramic hollow blocks with a contact thermal insulation system. In the basement, hollow concrete parts filled with concrete are used. The horizontal will be made of monolithic reinforced slabs. The roof is designed as a warm flat roof. Part of the parking spaces will be covered with steel structure with countertop roof.
Apartment house Proluka in Olomouc

The task of the bachelor thesis was to process the documentation for the new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building is located in Olomouc, in a terraced development, in the gap site. The building is oriented to the northeast and southwest. The apartment building is designed as a basement with four floors. In the basement, there are three separate garages, storage rooms, and rooms for the technical operation of the building. A total of eight residential units are designed on the upper floors. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. Barrier-free vertical transport is provided by an elevator located in the mirror of the staircase. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical structures are made of sand-lime masonry. Horizontal load-bearing structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is the gable. The apartment house is insulated with mineral wool insulation.
Cast-in-place basement of cottage in Kronfelzov

This thesis deals with the design and assessment of all supporting parts of a cast-in-place basement of a cottage in the town Kronfelzov. The thesis includes a technical report, static analysis, drawing documentations and visualizations. The calculation of the internal forces was performed by the software Scia Engineer. The drawing documentation consist of a shape and reinforcement drawings of the supporting parts.

The apartment house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one underground storey and two above-ground storeys. The access to the building is either by a steel staircase or barrier-free, by a steel ramp. Cars enter the basement by a one-way ramp. The main entrance to the building is located on the first above-ground storey and is connected to the stairwell which serves as the principal vertical communication. The basement floor houses a parking lot, supporting facilities, cellars, and a boiler room. The first floor houses offices, including supporting facilities, and two apartment units, one comprising two rooms with kitchenette, the other a 3+1 (two-bedroom) unit. In addition, there is also a pram room. There are two 3+1 (two-bedroom) units on the second floor. Each apartment has its own balcony. The facade of the building is segmented, serving as a contact thermal insulation system. The building has a saddle roof, covered with gray-coloured seamed metal sheet roofing. Its slope is 13°. The building lies on ribbon foundations and a bearing plate. The structural system is based on brickwork consisting of ceramic building blocks, supplemented by reinforced concrete on the basement floor, and makes use of an outside contact thermal insulation system. The roof structures are represented by reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The load-bearing structure of the roof consists of a nailed roof truss girder, with the bottom flange of the girder carrying an SDK soffit – the ceiling structure of the second floor. The building will have a central heating system comprising an electric boiler with an accumulation tank located in the boiler room on the basement floor. Horizontal utility lines are bundled, with two main utility nodes located between apartment units.

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis are a design and mainly a project documentation of a detached house with two housing units in Zlín. The building consists of two aboveground floors and a basement, where garages for both flats are situated. Beside the own project documentation an architectural study and an essay are also parts of the thesis.

The structure of the house is made of the system of HELUZ in combination with systém of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of ISOVER EPS. The basement is made of a formwork. The roof is saddle with the roof tiling of TONDACH Samba 11. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete.
