Analysis of Competitors Fight in Business Technology Sector

The thesis analyses competitive environment of suppliers of concurrent quality control technology in industrial enterprises and research laboratories. The thesis provides concepts for a creation of competitive advantages and related higher evaluation of costs and diferentiation than competition. Further it compares technologies from various manufacturers, comparing economical and technical parametres. The evaluation of results follows a presentation of approachs to achieve the most efficient competitors fight management. The thesis also include prognosis of future conditions in the business technology sector on Czech and Slovak market and concept of an appropriate format of effective competitive intelligence. In conclusion there is a presentation of a quality and quantity concept evaluation with emphasis on economic gain of presented solution.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to research supplier-customer relationships in the selected accounting company, evaluate using of two subsystems in terms of enterprise information system of a selected company due to creation and maintaining useful relationships with customers and suppliers. The thesis is focused on the basic terms, which include claims, liabilities, suppliers and customers. It deals with problems that might occur in accounting, such as bad debts. The thesis also describes two enterprise information systems, subsystems: CRM-Customer Relationship Management, SCM-Supply Chain Management. Specifically, the selected company and the information system that the company uses are characterized and its advantages and disadvantages are evaluated. The aim is to suggest possible improvements for data processing in the area of supplier-customer relationships, so that the company can achieve greater competitiveness.
Supplier selection and evaluation process and its impact on inventory control

The aim of the work is to optimise supplier selection and evaluation based on internal information obtained from Gienger spol. s r.o. with its registered office in South Moravian Napajedla. It is a wholesale unit dealing with the provision of materials and goods in the building services engineering field. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the concepts and informing regarding the methods used. These are mainly the topics of supplier selection and evaluation, stockpile and its accounting and management, and multiple-criteria decision-making used to optimise supplier selection. The practical part examines the supplier selection and evaluation methods used at Gienger, seeking to optimise them based on the proposed modifications. It also addresses the impact of supplier selection on stock management in the company. The results are evaluated based on the information obtained and proposed adjustments.

Supplier-customer relationships and their solutions in an automated data processing

In each accounting unit the suppliers and customers are considered as a very important unit. Through their relationships the company tries to achieve the greatest profits and maximize the market value of products. The following subsystems: CRM - Customer Relationship Management and SCM - Supply Chain Management help to address this issue in the context of enterprise information systems. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of supplier-customer relationships in the selected company and to evaluate of their accounting software. The following methods are used in the practical part: a method of analysis and synthesis and SWOT analysis. In the end of the thesis are recommended proposals to create clearer communication between the company and its business partners and better use of subsystems.
