Influencers in destination marketing

The bachelor thesis focuses on the use of influencers as a part of marketing in tourist destination Vltavotýnsko. The theoretical part of the thesis focused on concepts like tourism, social media, and topics related to influencer marketing. The practical part is based on observations, structured interviews, and focus group. Based on these findings, recommendations are developed for collaborating with regional influencers, which can enhance the destination's cooperation with these personalities on social media.
Comparison of the Integrated and Separated Approaches to the Natural Science Education at the ISCED 2 Level of Education in the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Norway

The present diploma thesis compares integrated education of natural science in the Norwegian Kingdom and education in the Czech Republic where natural science education is divided into a few separate subjects on the ISCED 2 educational level. The thesis summarises these two different approaches to science education, compares curricular documents and approaches to science teachers' education in the Czech Republic and the Kingdom of Norway. The main objective of this work is to find the impact the different concept of science education has on a teacher's ability to answer students' complex questions integrating knowledge from different science subjects. To meet this objective, I chose to use qualitative research in which teachers were asked open-ended questions as part of a structured interview. The outcome of the research was that there are some differences in how the complex questions are answered based on the different approaches to science education. In many cases, however, the answers varied depending on the teacher. The research also discovered personal preferences of science teachers on the ISCED 2 level of education. Destination Prácheňsko on the tourism market

The aim of this work was to evaluate the primary and secondary offer of the Prácheňsko destination, to determine the competitive advantage of the destination and to propose a method of its implementation. Primary and secondary data were used to analyse the current situation of the Prácheňsko Region. Primary data were obtained from the survey, the results of which areelaborated in this work. Two structured interviews with experts, who have experience with the tourism in Prácheňsko, were also conducted. The results of the researchare summarized in the synthesis of the results and findings. On the basis of the results of the survey and structured interviews, measures were proposed that would contribute to the developmentof the tourism in Prácheňsko. It essentially concerned aproposal to createabrand and a logo of Prácheňsko. A draft of the official website of Prácheňsko was created with an offer of tourist destinations based on the use of all thesenses (sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste) and the areas(Strakonicko, Písecko, BlatenskoandVodňansko) that are part of Prácheňsko.
