Návrh informačního systému pro obchodní oblast
Hrnčíř, Lukáš
Hrnčíř, L. Design of an Information System for a business. Bachelor thesis. Brno: MENDELU PEF, 2013. This Bachelor thesis deals with design and the creation of an information system for a business area. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theory. The basic terms of the discussing issue and a description of the charts which were used under the structured analysis are mentioned in this part. A design using the structure analysis is created in the second part of thesis. According to this design using the implementation of the information system as a web application is put into practise. The implementation was created using the scripting language PHP and the database MySQL. The thesis includes also economic speculation and design for the improving of the application.
Structural analysis of austenitic weld joints
Procházka, Robert ; Foret, Rudolf (referee) ; Havlík, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with structural analysis of austenitic weld joints by using methods of material science. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the problematics of welding of high-alloy steels. After the general definition of welding and weldability of high-alloy steels, the thesis focuses on structural adjustments including welding defects during the welding process. Selected methods of fusion welding that were used to create these welds are mentioned in the second half of the theoretical part. The experimental part covers the structural analysis of the welds, which consists of microstructure evaluation, chemical composition analysis, and microhardness test.
Business centre
Rádlová, Markéta ; Barnat, Jan (referee) ; Bajer, Miroslav (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is a design and a static state estimation of the steel supporting frame of a commercial centre in Svitavy. The building is designed as a three-aisled hall with its dimensions 45×27 m. There is the advanced entrance shed in front of main aisle with dimensions 5×7 m. The Supporting frame of centre is composed by steel frameworks and truss frame made of rolled sections. Scia Engineer 2015 software has been used to create a three-dimensional model for the purpose of dimensioning each element and global analysis. All obtained results from the computer analysis were checked twice with a hand calculation of a few elements.
Structure analysis of molecular crystals
Janíček, Jakub ; Císařová, Ivana (advisor) ; Vojtíšek, Pavel (referee)
Summary: Diploma thesis covers characterization of molecular crystals by X-ray structural analysis. N-carbamimidazoylisonikotinamid and 1-phenylguanidin were chosen, because their potential use in second harmony generation. Their salts with inorganic acids were prepared and determined their structures. Phase transition of 4,6-diaminopyrimidinium nitrate was studied by x-ray diffraction and differential scanning calorimetry. This phase transition is accompanied by thermosalient effect, causing that the crystals jump. Keywords: thermosalient, jumping crystal, X-ray diffraction, non-linear optics, N-carbamimidazoylnikotinamid, 1-phenylguanidin, 4,6diaminopyrmidin.
Development of a synthetic methodology for the preparation of advanced cycloarenes and their analogues
Bambas, Daniel ; Stará, Irena (advisor) ; Míšek, Jiří (referee)
This Bachelor's Thesis deals with a design and preparation attempts leading to building blocks suitable for macrocycle construction with further utilization in cycloarene synthesis. In Theoretical Background methods for preparation of [n]circulenes and kekulene-like structures are summarized with focus on the final ring-closing steps. In Results and Discussion chapter efforts to prepare the selected advanced building block as a starting compound for macrocyle construction whose transformation using [2+2+2] cyclotrimerization as a ring-forming reaction might provide the selected cycloarene are described. Part Proposed alternatives of synthesis and discussion of further approach is about future possible development of this study. Experimental Part provides practical information about undertaken experiments and characterizations of the prepared compounds.

Title: Application of Molecular Simulations in Complex Structural Analysis of Layered Materials Author: RNDr. Marek Veteška Department: Department of Chemical Physics and Optics Supervisor: RNDr. Miroslav Pospíšil, Ph.D., Dept. of Chemical Physics and Optics Abstract: Techniques of molecular simulations were used together with experimental measurements (X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and others) to clarify the structure properties of various types of layered materials. The structure of Zn-Al-layered double hydroxide intercalated by pyrenetetra- sulfonate acid was solved. Depending on the relative humidity, the samples showed different arrangements with three planes of water molecules and with either one or two planes of pyrenetetrasulfonate anions. At the same time considerable variability of anions arrangement was demonstrated. The adsorption behavior of natural montmorillonite and montmorillonite modified by tetramethylammonium cations in relation to aniline and phe- nol was explored. Adsorption features differed according to both the type of adsorbed molecules and the type of adsorbents. An important role was played by the plane of water molecules right above the surface which medi- ated adsorption of anilines. The water plane area was reduced by...
