Rusňák, Adam ; Pilný, Ondřej (referee) ; Kalousek, Lubor (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a new apartment building in Jevíček. The aim of the work is to create comprehensive and detailed documentation that will meet all legislative requirements and facilitate the effective implementation of the project. The building is designed as a four-story structure, partially with a basement, with a flat roof. The fourth floor stands out from the rest due to its unique shape and cascading effect. The building comprises 9 residential units. The vertical supporting structures are designed using masonry sand-lime blocks, while the horizontal supporting structures utilize the RECTOBETON ceiling system. Balconies are situated on the northeast and southwest sides of the building. Additionally, there are three terraces for the apartment on the 4th floor, one facing northwest, one southwest, and one northeast. The surroundings of the building are flat, with the terrain sloping towards the building on the northwest side. A parking lot with 19 spaces for passenger cars is located on the southeast side of the property.
