Bachelor's thesis deals with the accommodation and catering facilities in the region Lipno. The main objective of this work is the analysis market of accommodation and catering services in the areas examined. Data was obtained from checklists investigation, controlled interviews, observation and secondary data, which was used for the processing of situational analysis. Based on the processing of this part of the situation has been found accommodation and catering facilities in the areas examined. Situation analysis detected absences, which helped for suggestions and remedial measure for upgrading of the accommodation and catering facilities.
Analysis of accommodation and catering services in the area Pisecko

Bachelor work deals with the analysis of the accommodation and catering services in the designated area of Pisecko and with the problems their providing, which are solved by both the demand and supply. That enabled the particular field survey in the form of controlled interviews and questionnaires, along with the secondary data and own observations provided the necessary information, which then could be made the synthesis of data from. It outlined some of the problems and shortcomings and became a suitable basis for the preparation of proposals and measures that are presented at the close of the work.

Analysis of accommodation and catering services in the area Klatovsko

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the offer of accommodation and catering facilities on the market within the area of the town of Klatovy, to find out the number of these facilities and the standard of offered services. The evaluation of the situation was accomplished on the basis of questionnaires submitted to the visitors of the accommodation facilities in the area of interest, including also governed interviews with a hotel owner and the director of information centre. Observation method was used as a supplementary research form. The obtained information became a basis for the data synthesis which indicates the overall situation in the area. The synthesis also yielded definitions of a few problems occurring in tourism. An important part of the thesis consists in defining proposals and recommendations aimed at the improvement and development of the catering and accommodation services in the area of Klatovy.

The primary aim of my bachelor thesis was an analysis of the market of accommodation and catering facilities in the chosen region of Kutná Hora. In work was used secondary and primery data. From data obtained from field research, guided interviews and personal observation situation analysis that was instrumental towards obtaining of the total view of situation housing and commissaryman services in the area was processed. At the end of work suggestions and procuration that contribute to development of services in town were designed.

The main objective of this work is the analysis offers accommodation and catering services in the areas examined. Data obtained from field investigation, controlled interviews, observation and secondary data was used for the processing of situational analysis and synthesis of data. Based on the processing of this part of the real situation has been found accommodation and catering facilities in Hluboka nad Vltavou. Situation analysis and synthesis of data help to reveal shortcomings on the basis of proposals have been drawn up and arrangements for accommodation and catering establishments in the area examined. In order to illustrate the situation, some proposals have been applied directly to the hotel Štekl in Hluboka nad Vltavou.
The analysis of the accommodation services in Ceske Budejovice

The thesis is mainly focused on the analysis of the tourism and accommodation services in Ceske Budejovice. The main goal of the thesis is the analysis of the accommodation facilities in Ceske Budejovice. The importace of the thesis consists in identifying the state of the supply of accommodations services, the level and the quality of the accommodation facilities in Ceske Budejovice. The study includes assessment of the current services, the breadth and the depth. In order to elaborate this thesis 134 questionnaires in the survey were obtained, 13 out of 19 hotels in Ceske Budejovice participated in the interviews. The analysis was conducted using the mystery guest services. The purpose of this thesis is also to provide observations gained as a basis for the future studies, to help develop the supply of accommodation services (and even more in the work of sub-analyzed services) in Ceske Budejovice.

It describes the possibilities of catering services at the Prague Ruzyne airport / particularly concentrating on the two biggest companies CSA a.s. and Prague airport/. The conclusion of the diploma work is focused on the satisfaction of the employees with offered catering services at the airport Prague.
