This bachelor thesis is about a design of strategy management of an electronic shop, so that the most modern trends in industry are met, company is able to compete among other e-shops and it's profit increases. I focused on one specific company that didn't have an e-shop already and I created a strategy for introduction of a new e-shop for the company.

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to design appropriate strategies to increase the marketing efficiency of dating tours via the website of the CA Pele Ltd. company. The theoretical part deals with the very definition of e-commerce and internet marketing. In the analytical part, I describe the marketing mix of the company and analyze the competition such as travel and dating agencies. Based on these findings, I propose appropriate solutions for e-commerce and adequate internet advertising.

The main topic of my bachelor thesis is to choose appropriate strategy to build electronic commerce for retail company. In this work I’ll focus on how to achiev expanding on market using e-commerce. In addition, this work will map the current situation of e-commerce issues. I’ll analyze the market, concurence and I’ll choose the strategy for e-commerce to prosper based on these data. The practical part of this thesis aims on retail company Jarmila Gašparová and formulate the best strategy based on collected data from market analysis.
