Straightening technology of semi-finished products

The main aim of this thesis is to create a general overview of processes that are applied in straightening semi-finished products. These processes include manual methods as well as mechanical ones. This work also informs about advantages and disadvantages of these processes based on published researches. This paper is supposed to give a basic overview of categories of machines and tools that are used in certain straightening technologies.

Feeding roller for bar straightener

The diploma thesis consists of two main parts. First part contains analysis of general knowledge of bar feeding machines in the straightening industry. Second part of the thesis follows with three designs of feeding roller devices. One of the designs is chosen and deeply described with drawings included.

Repair of car body

The work deals with the issue of repairing the car following a minor accident, or his body and especially her painting. Bachelor's thesis has been designed to help inexperienced drivers to fix their cars with minimal cost and to yourself. At first, I deal with the profitability of their own work-if not paid the car repair due to its condition and price compared with estimated costs of repair and time consuming work performed. I describe a variety of work such as removing damaged parts, metal straightening, filling inequalities, grinding, coating layers of paint and assembly. At the end make the final calculation of the cost of repairs, time allocation, the result of labor-cost estimate for repairing the vehicle and compare all the costs estimated at the beginning.
