Rainfall data in urban drainage
Mrázek, Jan ; Prax,, Petr (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to process knowledge from measured precipitation data and aplicating this knowledge on methods of prepration of a hydraulic sewage network model of Znojmo city. The first part is a research in the field of interest, being sewage network and precipitation data processing. The detailed procedure of modeling and quantification of the measured data is explained in the practical part of the thesis. After that the process of inputting the data in to a hydraulic model in MIKE URBAN, the program which draws topological data from GIS (retained by VAS a.s. as the investor) and exports the final model into a SWMM enviroment. At last but not least the thesis focuses on schematization of the objects situated on the sewage network, such as relief chambers. The result is a noncalibrated and nonverified model of a part of sewage system of the Znojmo city and systematically organized measured critical rains. This model is going to be optimized after this thesis is finished, thus also calibrated and verified.
Structural and technical condition of the sewer network
Šimek, Radim ; Hluštík, Petr (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the construction and technical condition of the selected part of the sewer network. The first part of the thesis deals with the problems of designing, exploration and methodology of evaluation of sewerage system and sewer connections. In the second part of the camera records were recorded failure classification according to the coding system ČSN EN 13508-2. The individual shafts and sections of the selected section of the sewer network were evaluated by technical indicators for which the overall technical condition was evaluated. The data was processed in Microsoft Office Excel. The results found show that the selected section of the sewerage network is in critical condition and measures should be taken to address it. At the end of the thesis there are proposed basic possibilities of rehabilitation.
The study of sewerage in selected municipalities
Soukup, Tomáš ; Hluštík, Petr (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with drainage of selected village Domamil. Include the description of basic types and possibilities of drainage, these findings are applied to determine the most suitable way of draining the selected village.
Study of variants of municipal sewerage
Juroška, Miroslav ; Macsek, Tomáš (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of options for sewerage and wastewater disposal in the village Běleč, which is located in the South Moravian region. As part of the thesis, a detailed description of the area of interest was carried out, including the current and prospective state of sewerage system according to the water supply and sewerage development plan as well as the municipality's territorial plan. Thesis offers 4 variants of the technical solution for sewerage and wastewater disposal for the municipality of Běleč. Conceptually, centralized and decentralized solutions for wastewater management are proposed as variants. For individual variants, the economic demand was assessed in terms of investment and operating costs.
Alternative methods of sewer systems of municipalities
Podhrázský, Martin ; Raček, Jakub (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The first part of thesis focus on design of alternative sewer collection systems. Shortly is described the influence of using alternative sewers to quality of wastewater, next are described parts of pressure and vacuum sewer systems and possible ways for designing. The second part applies known for designing both pressure and vacuum sewer system in municipality Lubna, Czech Republic, and compare the cost of construction of alternative sewer systems with traditional gravity system. It is possible to reduce cost of sewer collection systems using alternative ways, mainly when in the locality are inappropriate conditions for a traditional gravity system.
Assessment of selected part of sewer network in urbanized area
Köhler, David ; Prax,, Petr (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to assess the current state of sewerage of the site of interest in Ostrava and to suggest a possible renewal or extension of the sewer network. The work is divided into accompanying report, technical report, hydrotechnical calculations and drawing documentation. The assessment consists of determination of the technical state of selected sewers, hydraulic assessment of the sewer network with a proposal of possible measures and economic evaluation of these measures. In the part of hydrotechnical calculations creation of hydraulic model in program MIKE URBAN is described, including process of calibration and simulation of individual proposed variants of renewal or extension of sewer network of the locality of interest.
Assessment of selected parts of the sewer system in the village
Balas, Jan ; Úterský, Michal (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on software products in hydraulic design and assessment of sewer networks. The thesis is consist of research part, where the commonly used programs in Czech Republic and abroad are listed. The next part aims to describe hydro-dynamic simulation model Storm Water Managment Model, which is free to download from U.S. EPA websites. The practical part deals with creating a model of the sewer network by the SWMM and hydraulic assessment of selected parts of the sewer system in the village Lipůvka, South - Moravian region.
Methods of remediation of concrete sewers
Vondráček, Filip ; Úterský, Michal (referee) ; Hluštík, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis is focused on getting familiar with the methods of remediation of concrete sewers, including shafts by trenchless technology. The first part was focused on materials, shafts, methods of cleaning and methods of determining the construction and technical condition of the sewerage system. In the second and third part, the methods of remediation of concrete sewer by trenchless technology were analyzed. The fourth part talks about the remediation of shafts using trenchless technology. In the fifth part, the knowledge from the previous parts is applied to a specific section of the sewerage system and a solution for the remediation of this section will be proposed.
Sewer mining
Šebek, Josef ; Macsek, Tomáš (referee) ; Hlavínek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis presents the topic of waste water reuse straight from the sewer system (sewer mining). It contains energy recovery (heat recovery in particular) from sewer system as well as wastewater treatment and reuse in demanded locations, in compliance with the policies of circular economy. The first part contains research of wastewater topic. Individual components of municipal wastewater, treatment and reuse options are characterized in this part of thesis followed by more detailed description of methods and technologies for heat recuperation from wastewater; and available technologies for sewer mining options at the end of the first part. The second part contains a technical study about wastewater heat recovery on a specific location.
Simulation modeling of the sewer network when applying elements for rainwater management
Vondráček, Filip ; Lžičař, Jakub (referee) ; Raclavský, Jaroslav (advisor)
The master's thesis focuses on methods of stormwater management. The introductory part of the research provides an overview of the current legislation related to this issue in the Czech Republic. Following that, there is a brief introduction to the history and stormwater management worldwide. The main section of the research acquaints the reader with methods of stormwater management in our conditions. Another part of the thesis is a technical report, describing the creation of a stormwater network model in a selected location with the application of insights into stormwater management from the research
