Design of bending tool for V-bending sheet
Zedníček, Zbyněk ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
The object of the bachelor work is the design of the bending tool for V-bedning. The sheet segment of the shovel of the conveyor belt is assigned. The introductory part deals with the problems of preparation of the semi-finished product and the analysis of possibilities of bending technology. Then the suitable technology is chosen. In the next part there are introduced technological aspects of the design of the piece of the sheet component and there are made computatious for the design of bending and the preparation of the semi-finished product, minimum and maximum bending radius, suspension, bending power and work, computation of the straightened length of the component and the total consumption of the material. The design of the tool for bending of the segment is made on the basis of technological computations. Economical assessment of the production is made, material costs for the tool bending are introduced and the selling price of the shovel of the conveyor belt is determinated. The whole course of the design is summarized in the conclusion.
Static Analysis of Steel Plates with Holes
Kolláriková, Simona ; Kytýr, Jiří (referee) ; Gratza, Roman (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with analyzing stress concentration factor for steel plates with circular holes subjected to different types of loading. Finite element analyses of uniaxial tension, biaxial tension and bending were performed, using ANSYS software. The aim of the thesis is to compare the results of the numerical analyses with available analytical solutions and to evaluate the dependence of stress concentration factor on changes in geometry of the plates or in the computational model.
Shelter in park
Svršek, Josef ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Barnat, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with design of the structure of the shelter i the park of city Hranice na Moravě. This load-bearing structure is made of glued laminated wood with the strength class GL24h. The structure has the shape of half ball and the load-bearing beams are in the shape of an arc. This building will be mainly used for cultural purposes. Ground plan dimensions of this shelter are 25x25 m. A complete static design solution including of all connection details and anchoring has been solved.
The technical museum in Olomouc
Gelová, Michaela ; Pilgr, Milan (referee) ; Šmak, Milan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of the structure of the multi-storey building of the Technical Museum in Olomouc. This timber structure is made of glued laminated wood with the strenghts Gl24h and Gl32h. It is a complex of six adjoining buildings, which are shifted from one another in both transverse direction and the heigth. The ground plan dimensions of the parcel on which tha hal lis decomposed is 40 x 80 m. A complete static design solution, including its foundation, anchoring and selected type connections, has been solved.
The holder manufacturing
Isakidis, Petr ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable technology for a production of a licence plate holder and motorcycle trafficators, which are from the thin metal plate. Production series is 600 000 items. The chosen material is 11 321.1 in form of the roll of steel. The thesis comprises of the theory of the topic of shaping, the proposal of an engineering solution including technology concept of calculations and choosing of a suitable option. The structural design of a procedural cutting machine is created by a modeling program CATIA V5, which was also a suitable instrument for technological calculations.
Design of Park Bench
Soušek, Vít ; Rajlich, Jan (referee) ; Sládek, Josef (advisor)
This work deals with design of park bench. The first part analyzes a design of this element of street furniture in terms of history and the present time. The second part deals with own design solution. The main purpose was to design an elegant modern bench that will revive a look of public spaces of the contemporary city by interesting way. The bench was designed with respect to aesthetics, ergonomy, manufacturability and other essential aspects of industrial design.
Static analysis of one joint of timber structure
Sedlák, Petr ; Gratza, Roman (referee) ; Kytýr, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the numerical modeling of the nail joint of the timber roof structure and it is based on the already realized physical experiment. Totally twelve various solutions, where the isotropic and ortotropic characteristics of the spruce timber and steel components change, have been created. The final values of the joint shift obtained by using of the numerical modeling are compared with results of physical experiment. Program system ANSYS is used.
