Realization of the construction of a block of flats in Jundrov

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the upper gross construction of the apartment house in Jundrov. The content of the thesis is the technological regulations for vertical and horizontal constructions, a project of precast concrete ceiling panels and a detailed schedul. Because of its demands on quality of building construction and safety during building itself there are included parts dealing with this issue in the thesis. The thesis also contains a technical report of the construction site including its technical drawing. The part that deals with different assignment is drawn up for example item budget. The basis for the processing was the partial project documentation.

Due to its great demands on quality of building construction and safety during building itself there are included chapters dealing with this issue in the thesis. The thesis also contains a technical report of the construction site including its technical drawing. The chapter that deals with different assignment is drawn up alternative design of outside cladding of the building. It consists of two variants: with or without thermal insulation. This is a price comparison and a comparison of the heat transfer by individual constructions. The draft is complemented by relevant details.
